Bought a Corsa from Jenson Cars and they couldn't have been more helpful. No pressure or hard sell for add ons, charming family business. Went to pick up and noticed rear wiper blade rubber had split. They ordered a replacement and fitted while we waited. Next day a warning light came on and so took it back where they ran the diagnostic system and showed me that a sensor was not working. They ordered a replacement and fitted next day. Excellent service. It's not whether something goes wrong It's how you react. Would highly recommend. 👍

Bit of a late review but better late than never. Bought a Honda Civic from here back in 2020 during the pandemic shortly after restrictions were lifted. Excellent customer service from them. Car was serviced and given a new MOT before I picked it up. It did have a fault with the AC unit which I discovered shortly after I got it. Called them and they contributed towards the cost as I had travelled 50 miles to buy the car and didn't want to travel the distance again. Recommend and would buy from here again.

We've recently bought our second car from Jenson Cars, roughly a year after buying the previous one. Both times we have found the staff to be courteous and helpful, and never pushy. Test-driving the cars was a breeze. Prices are sensible, so no haggling required. After selecting a car, the sales process was simple and relaxed, with no pushing of additional products. Any issues with the car picked up during the test-drive (our 2nd had a mild braking issue due to being unused for a while) were fully resolved as part of the purchase price, and the car was ready for collection when agreed. They even pre-registered the (no-cost) tax on the 2nd car for me, saving me the task. Most importantly, when we had an issue with the 1st car, they took it in and fixed it for free, even though the fault was a couple of days out of the relevant warranty period for that type of fault. We were happy enough with our 1st purchase to purchase a 2nd, and even happier with the 2nd so wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Good car dealers seem very rare, so keen to support this one!

Absolutely awesome service from these guys. Made buying a used car no stress at all. Brilliant selection of cars, and they service and MOT before you drive it home. Our car developed a fault 5 weeks after purchase, and it was fixed and returned with no quibble, and a full explanation was given. These guys are very friendly, polite and helpful. No hard sell. Cannot fault them at all.

Fantastic service from Naz didn't put us under any pressure at all. We had to look a long way from home to find a decent garage, very happy with the car and delivered to our door, what more could you ask for!

Very helpful and polite people. Took their time to help us out with previous issues from another company and gave great advise on what to do after showing us the car we liked. They also went out of their way the next day to ring us and explain how another person wanted to have the car and to ask if we definitely wanted it so he could explain to the other people it wasnt available if we did instead of just selling it. After a bad experience at another Peterborough dealer I was very anxious at buying another second hand car. Here I had fantastic service, made to feel welcome. I found them very honest and trustworthy. They was very accommodating to me taking a mechanic along with me, and didn't mind at all. Brought a Ford focus at a good price. Had a minor fault occur on a light which was repaired under warranty very quickly. I highly recommend these guys.

Could trust this dealer 100%. I went to view a BMW 1 Series, which I must say was in very good condition for the year and mileage it covered. Upon viewing, they showed me a faulty component that they had replaced, and the overall looks of all vehicles was excellent. The gentleman also assisted me with financial choices, when I had trouble with another dealer. You cannot go wrong with this place, I highly recommend if you’re looking to buy a vehicle! I walked into this place back in January 2018 and immediately got a good feeling. The place though may not be huge but is a respectable place who run a proper business and they actually care about their customers. I walked into some other places the day before and was pleased I waited to visit this place. The feeling of the place is genuine and I bought a nice green skoda octavia which runs great and i noticed the rear windscreen heater wasn't working. There were no issues with taking it back and it turns out all it was was that it was switched off. Anyway great place and great experience 5 stars, great work

Just bought a Tigra from these guys, after buying a Mazda 6 from them a year or so ago. Both cars are fantastic, and were very competitively priced. The after sales service is also first class - we found the Tigra leaked, and the passenger side carpet was soaked. They took it back without a quibble for a couple of days, and sorted the problem. If you're looking for a quality motor, at a reasonable price, then you'd be hard pushed to beat these guys.
