Spotted the Subaru Outback on the AA website being sold at MT Cars at Whittlesey, near Peterborough. We arranged a viewing - shown the car to us by the MD Mark Twigg. There was no hard pressure or sales patter and following an agreed trade in for our cars we purchased the Subaru. The car was well presented - very clean and tidy- and the handover paperwork was efficiently dealt with. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and professional and we would certainly recommend this Subaru garage to anyone considering purchasing a new or used Subaru vehicle.

Visited MTC Subaru, Peterborough on Saturday 11 September to view a Subaru WRX STI having made arrangements with Rod over the phone. Very polite, no pressure from him and completed the visit with a test drive. Made some observations about the car which Rod informed me he would sort out should I wish to purchase. Visited again, today Friday 24 September in order to buy the car…it was was presented in excellent condition with ‘my observations ‘ rectified. I was very impressed. Met the ‘boss’, Mark who was very helpful and a Subaru owner himself so offered practical advice. The best bit : 2 and half hours driving the car home……awesome and the first time I have ever been waved at by other road users ( in Scoobies !). Great service from Rod supported by Mark and I now feel part of the Subaru family.

I brought my car in for diagnosis of a troubling noise coming from the differential. The service advisor was upfront with me about the potential costs to repair, which were significant. However with their help I was able to find a less expensive replacement part, and they only charged for the labor time that was actually needed. The total cost ended up being much less expensive than it could have been. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of service and integrity of the staff. This is a garage that I can trust, and I highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a larger hatchback with more features and got a good deal from Mark. He gave a fair price for trading in my smaller car whereas other dealers didn't seem interested. Mark was very welcoming and there was no high pressure sales tactics unlike the dealership where I purchased my previous car. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a few extra free goodies with my new car. MTC staff were very professional and friendly, so I would recommend going to see them. Update 2021 - I have since traded my Impreza in for a BRZ which I have owned now for nearly two weeks. I really love my new car, it's stunning and I'm still learning new things about it such as the hidden headlight washers. Again I received outstanding customer service from Mark who made the buying process simple and hassle free. It's nice to be able to walk into a dealership and have a long chat about a car you're interested in without being pushed for 'a hard sell' as I have experienced before with other car dealers. Everything from my second experience buying a car from MTC went perfectly, I am just waiting for an optional armrest to be fitted which is on back order.

I have recently purchased a Ssangyong Tivoli XLV from MT Cars and the service was phenomenal! They were great in clearly off the remaining finance on my old car and answering my millions of questions about the new car. All of the team are so friendly and so helpful. They were very reassuring especially with all that is going on at the moment with COVID they follow all rules and regulations down to a tee. I couldn’t personally of asked for anything better! I have owned my Impreza from new which is now over 13 years. Yes you all are probably wondering why am I still taking it to a main dealer. Its my pride and joy and gets everything it ever needs. My latest interaction with MTC was regarding a few bits and pieces that took longer than it should of due to unforeseen issues, but Dave (Warranty and Existing Service Manager) who I have known from the previous Peterborough Subaru dealership again has taken everything in his stride. I KNOW I'm not the easiest of customers to deal with but as always Dave went above and beyond to keep me calm and most of all happy. For a service Manager MTC Subaru and Subaru UK should be proud to have him serving their customers and he should be highly recognized by the brand/manufacturer and utilized to train others.

We recently bought a car from M T cars in Peterborough, and dealt with Mark the owner who was very polite and accommodating. He passed us on to Rob, who then met us in the office in Peterborough, and from the beginning of signing the paperwork to the end where my son in law took the car out of the showroom, we had nothing but praise for how we were dealt with. The car was in tip top condition, and everything was explained to us in terms of finance which was far better than the original finance we took out with another company who took ages to sort out. Rob, was able to not only get us a better deal, but he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I was visiting my daughter who lives in Downham Market, after giving birth to twins, and already they have three other children, so the 7 seater was essential for them to be able to get from A to B without problems. Rob, had a great sense of humour, which for me is important as buying a car is not always the most enjoyable experience sitting in a showroom talking through lots of paperwork, but somehow Rob made it fun. Everything only took a few days, and for me was hassle free and I would recommend this company as A***. We will definitely be recommending other family members and have already, asked Rob to look out for a nice Vauxhall Corse for my eldest daughter, so will be going back again.

What a fantastic service. We sold our car to Mark today. True to his word gave us exactly what he said he would. Took us to the train station. Our train was cancelled. 2 hr wait. I approached MTC earlier in the year with interest in the BRZ. I was greeted with a coffee and friendly reception as always by Mark, Steve and the team. Within a couple of hours i'd fallen in love with the BRZ auto and decided it would be a good second car option. Steve made the whole process stress free, sorting the finance very quickly and getting everything in place for the collection day. A few months later i've done 10k miles and just collected the car from MTC after its first service. As always i was made very welcome and reminded of the reason i keep coming back to this dealership. Thanks guys, its a shame more companies don't offer the same level of customer service.

After travelling down from Lancashire to see some friends who live in the village of Coates near Whittlesea, we had the misfortune of breaking down just short of our intended destination. We had just passed the MT Cars garage and I walked back to see if anybody there would help us. It was Saturday afternoon and when I got there I found out that their mechanics don't work Saturday pm's. We were stuck in a bit of a tight spot as I needed to be back in work on Monday. After explaining the situation, the owner phoned his mechanic and asked him to come in and tow us in. More trouble came when they didn't have the part we needed for our car. Instead of giving up and telling us it would be ready Monday the owner of the garage (Mark) told the mechanic to take the part off a car he had for sale outside!! 2 hours later the car was fixed and we where on our way. No additional charge for bringing his mechanic back in and giving us a tow and he didn't even charge us for the part!! I couldn't recommend the place highly enough, what's more, we're back down in September to see our friends again and I've booked in for a full service and MOT. Very nice considerate people and we felt very well looked after.

I purchased a new Great Wall Steed Tracker from MTCars in in February and collected beginning of march. I went to two dealerships before ending up here and the two I went to previously were shocking, one didn't even want to sell me a great wall instead wanted to sell me a different truck and the other could not be bothered to be open or answer my email for over 4 weeks. BUT MTCars was totally different I was met by Chris and he introduced me properly to the range of steeds they had in which I had a favourite,he let me and my friend take the truck on a test drive and also me and my other half another day. I really liked the warm welcome from all the staff (Steve, Chris and Tim)and loved the truck even though there new and not well known I done some research and decided to purchase one. I wanted a SE model but after Chris did some research with the finance company I was unable to borrow enough for that model so with the help of Chris I chose the Tracker model which I am thankful with now as love it more! Chris then sorted all the finance for it and I put a deposit down. They ordered me one in as sold the one in the show room before the 2nd of march when the new 15 plate was out and asked if I would like to check it over which I did, when I arrived it was in the show room waiting for the 2nd when I could pick it up Chris went through everything with us and then that was it until we went to pick it up. we picked it up at 9.30am met buy Chris again he had the truck waiting outside looking lovely so we quickly done the paperwork and he showed us the instruments on the truck, we all had a photo with the truck for Great Wall UK too. Since then I have been back for a service which they did while we waited and had it done in no time. I have now created a Facebook page called (Great wall owners club GB) running a rolling review on the steed and were other owners can post reviews and the latest information is posted even Great wall UK have liked the page and ask to use a lot of the pictures!. so if you are thinking about buying one come and have a look. MTCars are one of the best dealers for great wall selling 6 in a matter of weeks which just shows how good they are as dealers. I will be continuing to use them for servicing and warranty work that's for sure. THANK YOU MTCars

Popped in to pick up an air filter for my Subaru which unfortunately they had sold out that morning. Spoke with MTC the Friday before and they had the part in stock, it's ashame the guy could not suggest posting it to me as I could have payed for it while I was there, instead it's a waste of my effort, energy,time and fuel driving the 15 miles to get there. He was more than courteous I just wish people working in customer based jobs could think on their feet a little more. Trying to give my custom to shops and stores more as I believe the internet is killing off small to medium businesses, however i just keep getting obstacles put in front of me ! 😔
