I’ve had got to say that I have nothing but praise for these guys. I bought a 16 year old midi coach and following a few calls to Jimmy he described it honestly and in layman’s terms. As I’m more than 300 miles away I arranged a low loader to collect. Jimmy pulled out all the stops to assist the haulier both with communication and good old fashioned ingenuity. A true gentleman and a credit to the way we should do business. Take care from Scotland

I bought my car on the internet without seeing it but had a good conversation with Mo,he assured me the car was in good condition and would be serviced before delivery I had a couple of other jobs done and asked for the car to be delivered. The car was delivered on the day I requested and was as described so very happy,I had a small issue with the gearbox and spoke on the Phone to Mo who without hesitating asked me to bring it back under the guarantee,after an oil change on the gearbox the car was again returned to me and is perfect. It makes a change for a company to act quickly as they did and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends The gearbox problem returned so traded the car in

I dealt with Harry who was honest, transparent and answered all questions re the vehicle I purchased and its history. On such a hot day he welcomed me to choose a drink from their fridge. He provided paperwork accounting for mileage and service history and talked me though the features of the car. He left me to have a play with the controls and let me take the car for a spin. On the day of collection the car was clean inside and out and even had half a tank of fuel. He dealt with sorting the tax and the reg docs seamlessly, made sure I was insured (which to me is a great sign of a responsible establishment) and I was on my way within 20 mins or so. Before leaving he checked through all the docs to make sure I had everything, made sure I had the emails through for road tax and registration and later that day I was sent documents for the 12 month Gold Warrenty as promised. I would highly recommend these guys even if you're not from the area as the vehicle will be as they describe over the phone. Will definitely be back when I'm looked for my next car. Thanks guys!

He allowed me to view and test drive the car for as long as I wanted and put zero pressure on me for the sale. I left a deposit on the car and came back after a few days to collect. recently purchased a BMW 650i from prestige autos and can honestly say its the best-used car dealers I have ever come across. The car was presented and prepared to the highest standard and was given another inspection before I went to collect , As for the customer service i can't fault it one bit, I felt at ease and didn't feel pressured when looking around the showroom. I was dealing with Mo and Jimmy, they were both very polite, knowledgable , genuine, honest and very passionate about what they do and went out there way to provide the best deal for me. I bought a car from Prestige back in August, it was a no pressure and helpful sale. The guys answered all my questions and worked with me. My only concern was the unwritten warranty, however when a problem did occur, the guys fitted a new gearbox and clutch within 48 hours of receiving the car, which was covered on their end. Top drawer dealership. I at no point felt pressured or persuaded. All staff were polite and friendly. I was fairly demanding with the scrutiny of my new car, so things were checked and checked again through the benefit of the onsite workshop and mechanic. Car dealers have a stigma attached to them which this place doesn’t deserve. I felt they were honest and transparent at every point. Couldn’t ask for more... but got it! I recently bought a vehicle from prestige and I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman called Mo, he was absolutely brilliant he described the car perfectly and was very honest with me and the car is exactly what I wanted and was exactly how he described and he even held the car for me for over a week as I couldn’t get there becasue my wife was having a baby and other complications and never once did he come across pushy or like a typical car salesman he was 100% pleasure to deal with .
