I purchased a car from stanground autos middle of September. Body work perfect,Engine runs spot on. Clutch and gears smooth. All electrics work as they should.Think I got a bargain for 6.499. The only issue I had with the car was the ambient temp sensor was showing -40 which I found that the sensor connector plug was not attached,probably been changed at some point and connector not pushed home properly.

I've been trying to leave a review about this company since Wednesday, its now Sunday and google has finally allowed me to sign in. I've had more hassle and grief from google than this company. from the point I first walked into the premises the staff was helpful, I had dealt with one of the sales reps called Jack, best salesman I've ever dealt with!! not once did I feel pressured in any way, nice and relaxed atmosphere, and he also did everything he could to assist. even the valuation I had for the car I part exchanged it was a fair offer as much as I begrudge letting the car go. overall I cant recommend Stanground Autos enough. thank you for everything! id recommend this business to anyone who asks in future

EXCELLENT SERVICE ********************** We went looking for a car for a reasonable price So we stopped off at Stanground Autos in fengate. Neil was very helpful. in finding us a car within our price range and needs.;) we traded in our 2008 Suzuki Splash. and bought a NISSAN NOTE. Jack rang when he said he would, the car was ready when they said it would be and a problem that showed up on the test drive was dealt with fully. The heating broke over the Christmas period as I bought it the day before Christmas Eve and he was more than happy for me to bring it in, in the new year when the mechanic was back in and fixed it no problem and very very quickly considering the car was just a part exchange. We went to look at a car for my daughter, by the time we got there (after daughter put wrong postcode in sat nav) it was almost time for them to go home. They waited for us, gave us time to look at the car and take it on a quick test drive. Then when we tried to sort out the insurance we was on hold for ages just to find out they couldn't do it because computers were down. Not happy as its over an hour away from us. They very kindly said they would deliver the car the following morning at no extra charge. When my daughter started driving the car on longer / faster journeys she noticed it made a noise. I emailed them to ask where this stood on the 3 month warranty their cars come with and was told to take it over, they would have a look. After reading the reviews i was slightly concerned, but i took it over today and they have been extremely helpful, going above and beyond. There was also no charge even though the issue wasn't something that would be covered on warranty. I cant praise the service we have recieved enough. Everyone i came into contact with was polite and helpful and i wouldnt hesitate recommending them. Thanks guys

After contacting multiple garages around the area to assist me in finding a new car, Tim at Stanground was the only one out of every garage to assist me by email over the whole journey of finding a car, after enquiring about one of heir vehicles and the questions I had. There was no pushy sales talk (which I cant deal with as I do this in my own job) and he presented me with multiple options to suit my needs. Over the moon with my Qashqai, great condition inside and out, and a brilliant price along with a new 12 months MOT and a small little warranty to ensure things went okay after. Definitely will be the first place we look when upgrading cars in the future. 5*

Stanground Autos were really helpful and friendly and i had a brilliant experience with them! They sorted me a car i loved within 3 days! Although when i got the car it didnt have a log book and DVLA couldn't tax it. I was told i couldnt drive the car so i went back to stanground autos. They gave me my old car back to drive round in and kept my new car in a lock up for me. After 5 weeks i got my log book, stanground autos cleaned my new car and gave me a free oil service because of the trouble i had! I was very pleased with the service and would defo go back again!

What people who complain don't say is usually the car they buy is £400.00 not that it detracts or excuses bad service however pay under a grand for your daily family /work car then every day is a bonus in my book !

In June 2015, I traded a fairly sad Kia Sedona for an 08 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso. The buying experience was good and we were well looked after. Since then we have had a 8000 miles of trouble free motoring including a trip to the south of France, two weeks after purchase. On Monday I took the car to a local garage for a full service and cambelt change. They called shortly after to say that there was no locking wheel nut key so were unable to service the car. I telephoned Stanground Autos who have arranged the replacement bolts + key this morning, free of charge. I call that good service.
