After are previous experience with a dodgy dealer, Josh was really helpful in choosing a car that was best suitable for my partner and myself with low mileage and under our budget! We bought the car on Friday and collected on Sunday where we were greeted with our shiny new car which has been cleaned to perfection. Excellent service from Paul Prior in sales dept. We were looking for a new Ignis which they had in the showroom but couldn’t release until Suzuki sent them a replacement. We waited a few months and Paul kept us up to date all the way through. All done remotely as we live in Sheffield. I cannot thank Paul enough for the fantastic service he provided me with on changing my car. He was very helpful from the start and the process was so smooth I had nothing to worry about. He advised me on the right car and options and ensured that all of the administrative actions had been meticulously prepared. This would mean a very short amount of time would be needed to exchange my previous vehicle for the new one. This also included changes to registration documentation, vehicle tax and insurance. All in all an 5 star service, I cannot thank Paul enough for a very smooth service.

Where do I start, when I brought my brand new seat Leon in August 2020 I had nothing but faults with it, endless trips to the garage, breakdown calls were non stop and I just couldn’t get any help anywhere, after a year of waiting I came in and spoke to an advisor called Ben. From the moment we walked in he was there to help, he dropped everything to help me. We went through my needs and what I wanted to happen with my car, after 4 hours at the dealership we eventually got a breakthrough with a new car. Today 28/1/22 I’m picking up my brand new car! Bought a Seat Ibiza 1.5 FR here in December 17. It's my second Ibiza purchase from the same garage. From memory the first sale was way better. The second purchase was average at best. To speak to anyone you have to poke your head through the door in the office and you really do feel like you're intruding. The staff knowledge was average and the car they gave as a curtsy to get me over until the next day while I awaited the paint protection installation ran out of fuel on the way home which was only 4 miles away. It's quite an odd place really, it use to be rather good. I like Seat but I don't think I'll go through the same dealership in future. It's very sales focused and a couldn't care less attitude is what I experience after my purchase. The staff are rather young and inexperienced :/. Just to add to this, 14 months on. My car still had the plastic dampening caps on the shocks. Bit of damege seen after I discovered them. I thought the ride was solid 😂

My Leon was booked in for its scheduled 20,000 service. I dropped the car off at 10.30am and returned to the dealer to collect the car just before 5pm. The dealership has since been in touch to discuss this and have reassured me that their customer service level fell short on this occasion.
