There are car dealerships and then there is Wings Škoda. This is my second new car I have bought from there, and yet again an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honest, transparent and genuinely enthusiastic about this reliable brand. This year was more difficult with the delays to new cars, but I was kept informed, had all my options explained to me and they could not do enough for me. It is easy to indulge in over-the-top accolades when reviewing a business, but all of the sales staff at this dealership I would call friends. Kieran and Brandi I know the best and the fact that they welcome me year after year (in a world of revolving sales people) tells you all you need to know. Please don't ever change how you do things: a really, really nice family-run Škoda dealership. The best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So thank you all. Here is my new Kodiak L&K roosting at its new home.

Well what can i say, Wings you have Impressed us! We purchased our first brand new car here last month and our salesman Dean Lovell made it feel such a special moment. He went all out and had our car sat ready for us to collect in the showroom with a personalised sign next to it and covered over by the Skoda silk cloth ready to reveal it to us. It was great! It made it feel an extra special day. Thank you for that, we will remember this for years to come. Dean had been working with us for a while to find the right family car suited for our needs and he delivered us the Kamiq! Efficient, no-nonsense, very helpful and welcoming too! Bought a second hand car that had been traded in with them. They could not have been more helpful. I dealt with one salesperson, ( Brandi Davies) throughout. She quickly replied to all my email questions, helped me reserve the car, and was there waiting with all the information when I arrived to view the car. There are a lot of disappointing main dealers out there who are more interested in their image than genuine customer service. This is not one of them. They were brilliant. He took us carefully through the various aspects of the car, and the nature of the available deals. He is a brilliant communicator, and instilled a sense of trust. He did not rush us, answered all our queries, and the way he dealt with us made the whole process very relaxed and easy. Fantastic customer experience with Wings Skoda. Saw a car that I liked last week, so got in touch with Wings, and Harry got back in touch straight away. Harry then sent a cracking walk around video of the car I liked, which clearly showed the car in very good detail. I was looked after by Harry K, he was able to provide a level of customer service that no other dealer network were able to come close to, from accommodating a test drive and working on times that worked around my schedule. While I haven't purchased a car from Wings Skoda, I've spoken to the parts team (regarding accessories) and also to the service team (regarding issues I've had with my Skoda that I purchased from a different franchise) and they've been brilliant (particularly the service team). Over the phone and when speaking in person, the service team have been supportive, reassuring and honest and has gone above and beyond what I would have expected to help me sort things out with my vehicle. The team at Wings Skoda have treated me like a person and genuinely cared about me, my vehicle and doing what is best. While I do still need to have an issue with my car resolved (this is booked in with Wings Skoda and should be sorted in the coming weeks), my experience with the service team so far has been brilliant. If you have a Skoda and need a dealership service team you can trust, I would 100% recommend them. Update (14/06/2022) Today I dropped off my car with Stephanie and Zona from the service team to have some warranty repair work done on my car. I can't fault the customer service, advise and assistance given. They really do care about your car and getting any issues you've got resolved, they've been brilliant. If I had to nit pick, the courtesy car was a bit small for me (I'm pretty tall so this wasn't unexpected) but it was clean, efficient and nippy to get around town and to and from work so good overall. If you need your car servicing then you can 100% trust the servicing team and Wings Skoda to look after your car and help resolve any issues you have. Just like I mentioned previously, if you have a Skoda I would 100% recommend taking your car to them.

Picked up my new Kodiaq from wings Peterborough, I shopped around a few dealerships after having a 3rd child we needed to go up a size in car. I was welcomed by the trainee salesman Harry and was brilliant from the moment I arrived and throughout the whole process of deciding and picking which car and deal to go with. We weighed up a few options with a new car from other dealerships to what would suit our needs, it fell down to 2 cars but from the service and information and time actually spent with me going round at Wings easily persuaded us to go with the Skoda! Nic was very helpful and very informative on the test drive and the deal was very simple and easy and there was no pressure what so ever. Our salesperson, Harry, was very helpful throughout the process: he sent a personalised, very detailed walk around video ahead of our test drive which took in a variety of nearby roads. I've been through a process of buying a new car from Wings Skoda as a private buyer as well as taking the car in to the service area for some work to be completed. The sales staff and owner were very helpful, friendly, courteous, patient and not at all 'pushy' throughout the process of buying my Kodiaq Edition. The price was also very competitive hence buying from them as my local dealership as opposed to going through a web site. Had a minor problem with some trim on the car hence the service visit. Again very helpful courteous staff and everything was resolved. I've also sourced some Kodiaq accessories through them (bike rack, roof bars, mats, mudguards etc) and found everything to be of high quality. It's my first Skoda and based in everything so far I would recommend the car, the brand and particularly Wings as the dealership.

While dealing with their service department again, they were really good, to the point, efficient and their communication was spot on. My car was dealt with quickly and returned to me in a far better (cleaner) condition than I left it. Thanks again for the awesome service. My car informed me that it needed a service but I'd recently moved house and my previous dealer were too far away. I looked at the Skoda website and found that Wings of Peterborough were my nearest dealer so I gave them a call to book my car in. The phone was answered quickly but there was a problem finding my car on the Skoda system so they said they'd call me back. To my surprise they actually did within five minutes later which is in stark contrast to my previous dealer! The day of the service came so I headed over to Peterborough and found the service staff to be just as professional in person as they had been on the phone. I was told the service would take about an hour but I decided to wait and was offered a hot drink which I gladly accepted. Whilst drinking my tea I had a look round at the shiny new cars in the showroom and was rather taken with the Kamiq SE L. I spoke to Kieran, one of the sales team who was clearly very busy but found the time to sit down with me and see what he could do. I fully expected not to have enough equity in my current car but he was able to offer me a deal I really couldn't refuse. There was no pressure so I was able to take a few minutes to think it over and was offered another cup of tea whilst doing so. The deal was done although I was informed that the chip shortage might mean a delay of up to 12 months before delivery. However, I knew this would be the same with every car brand so was prepared to wait. Four months later, considerably faster than expected, I was informed by Kieran that my new Kamiq was built and on its way. Further emails followed with updates as my car reached the port and finally arrived at Wings less than five months after ordering it. Handover was a pleasure with Kieran sorting the paperwork whilst I looked over my new car and got the seat comfortable. This is my fifth new Skoda so I'm familiar with the layout of the controls but help was offered should I have needed it. Kieran was only happy for me to drive away once he was sure that I was satisfied with everything and I left feeling very pleased with both the car and the level of service I'd received. I'll definitely be returning when my car needs servicing, and when it's time to look at changing my car in a few years I'll be more than happy to deal with Kieran again.

Just bought my first Skoda from Wings in Peterborough. I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff, right from the first time we went there and all subsequent visits up until we took delivery of the car. Kieran Slocombe, the salesman who dealt with us went the extra mile with us by arranging some tuition on how some of the systems worked on our car, which we hadn't had on any previous car, and also helped sorting out a small problem which occurred after delivery. Just before Christmas my wife and I visited Wings Skoda as part of a general ‘look around’ with a view to buying an electric vehicle. Or initial contact with Wings Skoda was with Harry Kent. On Monday 10th we visited again for a test drive of an Enyaq with Harry. On that day we visited 5 different garages for test drives and were struck by the difference in the experience we had at each. As a result of our visits we have actually decided to purchase a vehilce which was not a Skoda, partly because it meets our needs and partly because the availability was weeks rather than months. However, our experience with Harry was excellent. On both occasions we visited he was approachable, polite, respectful, professional, helpful and a delight to interact with. He responded to emails swiftly, he followed up on things promptly and efficiently and on the test drive, he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Following the test drive he said he would call later in the week to find out if we needed anything else and indeed, that is exactly what he did. On explaining that we had decided to go with another vehicle, he showed no disappointment nor a desire to close down the conversation because his sales interest had ended. I recently took my 2021 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline to Wings of Peterborough to have a reversing camera fitted. (Reversing a Kodiaq is no easy task) Even though the car was not bought through them they were helpful, friendly and happy to help. They even contacted me later the same day to tell me the total price would be less than what they initially suggested it would be. Furthermore prior to the appointment I found some damage on my car that I felt had been done while in transit. Recently, I overlooked booking the car in for a 3rd year service and MOT—my fault, I received a helpful reminder from Wings, but life gets complicated at times. Anyway, Steph in the Service Department fit me in during a busy week, ensuring I was road-legal, and alleviating more worries which I really don’t need right now. Also, I was driven home while the technicians carried out the work. Once work is complete, it is all explained—you even get sent a video of the undercar safety checks and see tyre tread depth measurements (I particularly like this ‘cause I obsess over my tyres). I also believe their service charges are competitive. Courteous, professional, and caring is how I’d describe this dealership team. I recommend Wings Skoda without reservation.

Having tried and failed to update my satnav maps using the Skoda Portal, I was resigned to having to pay a main dealer to do it for me. I tried two dealers in my region, one was unable to assist me, the other one gave me no confidence that they knew what they were doing. Then I tried further afield and contacted Wings Skoda of Peterborough, not only were they willing and experienced to take carry out the updates, but it was a free service. As it turned out the update proved problematic but despite this being a free service they persisted until it was sorted. I commend Justin Wing in particular for going the extra mile in delivering outstanding customer service. Thankyou and well done.

The oil level on my Skoda needed checking, when I lifted the bonnet the oil cap had come off and the oil had been spilling out. I also needed help getting the cap as it was wedged between the engine and something else. I contacted Amy & Marcus who were both very helpful and asked me to bring the car in ASAP. They were very efficient and the issue was sorted within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend Skoda.
