Pierre provides an amazing service. His attention to detail is spot on. I’m in the process of selling my car but when I saw the work that Pierre had performed I was on the verge of changing my mind. Pierre was kind enough to carry out a new car detail and ceramic protection package on my new BMW. I found the communication and service provided by Pierre to be second to none, several days were spent on my car at the dealership preparing it for me to collect, I received regular updates and photos to show how things were progressing and everything was carried out to a high standard and completed on time. When I collected the car I was amazed by the quality of the finish, the paint was glossy it looked like glass and to know it’s protected for a good few years also is great. I had the pleasure of utilising Pierre’s detailing services for a brand new car from Ocean BMW recently. His communication leading up to the delivery date of the car was excellent. He perfectly explained all the options and made recommendations from his vast experience. He worked closely with the dealership and arranged with them to work on site on the car and both parties were very accommodating. Pierre very diligently took short videos highlighting pre and post paintwork all across the car. This gave me a great insight into not only the process but also into the state of the paintwork and finish direct from manufacture. It was a real learning curve for me and very educational. I went for the top of the range ceramic coating and interior leather treatment and all was carried out to perfection. The end video showcased the finished article and it was breathtaking. I’m delighted to have stumbled upon Heritage Car Care as in doing so I found a perfectionist and enthusiast who’s attention to detail is second to none. It was a real pleasure to actually meet Pierre at the handover as he went out of his way to make sure he was there to see my face! Pierre produced exceptional results when he carried out a full detailed valet of our 'old' Range Rover. I genuinely cannot fault Pierre and the services that Heritage Car Care provides. I'd been left extremely frustrated and upset after having received a car from a dealership that had been scratched and chipped in transit, with ceramic coating I had been told had a "lifetime guarantee" that washed off immediately. From the initial phone call to Pierre to understand if the issues could be resolved, it was clear that his knowledge, honesty, experience, passion and compassion was unlike any other car detailing service in the city (or I'd ever come across). Whilst, the proof was definitely in the pudding after he'd worked his magic and returned to me a car so perfectly preened and cared for, it could have been mistaken for being brand new. I honestly wouldn't bother looking for any other car detailing service as I can assure you they will fall short of Heritage Car Care's offerings by a long mile. If perfectionism, professionalism, more than fair pricing and being kept up-to-date on every step of detailing is your bag, then Pierre's your guy. Fantastic service and work. Pierre was excellent in providing all the information that we needed and remained flexible when our plans changed. As for the job itself, the car hadnt been properly cleaned for 3 years and with two small children, there were a lot of stains etc that needed attention. The end result is phenomonal and i am amazed at how clean it now is. If you are planning on selling your car or just want to have it cleaned properly, I 100% recommend you use these guys. I booked my car in for a full valet and Pierre did an amazing job! My wheels were particularly bad but they now they look like new. The interior also looks great as I had dog hair, sand and grass everywhere. It's like I have a new car again. Pierre was also very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend him.

Pierre is a complete perfectionist, got my car 15 year old car looking like new. We discussed various services over the phone, and bits of paintwork damage that have been picked up over the years to agree on the best service. He arrived on time, and has fully considered Covid restrictions with all my keys and the card machine cleaned down before being passed over. One of the best bits for me is the time saving, with this all being completed at my place of work. During lockdown my car had been neglected, being a key worker I had little time to keep on top of it and it showed. Pierre was able to return my Audi back to its former glory, removing stains from the interior and leaving it looking like new and smelling fresh. Pierre took on the job of cleaning and detailing two of our cars. The Toyota RAV has not been cleaned since lockdown, Mar 2020, but was not to dirty. However, after Pierre was finished I realised just how dirty the vehicle had been. Overall I was very impressed with Pierre’s attention to detail and the quality of his work. The Citroen C3 has not been properly cleaned for close on to 2 years and had been standing since lockdown. Added to this the vehicle was often used with our grandchildren. When I removed the baby chairs, I was shocked at how dirty the rear seats were. I was expecting permanent damage on the rear seats. The front seats also had loads of staining. I did not have high expectations for the outcome of the Citroen. However, once Pierre had finished performing his magic, the Citroen interior looked better than when I had purchased the car. I give Pierre 5 stars for his professionalism, communication, attention to detail, cleaning knowledge and the care he took of our vehicles. I would recommend his services to anyone wishing o have magic performed on the detailing of their vehicles.

Hi, Pierre came to visit at ‘the drop of a hat’ to deal with a spillage on the back seat of my car. It was sun cream which had soaked in. 3 hours later the interior of the car was as fresh and clean as the day I drove it off the forecourt. Highly recommended and a worthwhile spend.
