Recently just purchased a ford Ka from this company. The customer service was brilliant. Darren especially was very helpful and a great sales man. He didn't push me into buying any cars I just told him what I wanted and he just laid out all the information for me and let me decide in my own time. Whereas unfortunately some company's make you feel really uncomfortable and forced to buy a car. HJ motors are a great company and we're very quick and efficient in getting the car ready for me to take it away. Would definitely recommend to all future buyers. Thank you

I have been looking for a Ford Kuga for weeks when one came to light at HJ Motors and it was already serviced etc and ready to drive away! We dealt with Darren who as you would expect was very helpful, polite and courteous. There was no high pressure techniques and he answered the majority of our questions. Those he did not know he was honest about but endeavoured to find the answers. All in all a great priced car, great service and a happy customer.

If you want excellent customer service and honesty then a written review doesn't do HJMotors justice. I bought my Vauxhall insignia from them 2 weeks a go, any issues or concerns I had they resolved and put a new MOT on it for me. So pleased with the outcome of my purchase and would recommend anyone and everyone to purchase a car via the chaps down at the garage. 5 star!!! Thank you again HJMotors!

Great service from HJ Motors. Popped in on the Friday and found the cars we wanted then revisited on Saturday with the salesman staying late so that we could test drive that evening. Everything put in place and look forward to getting our new cars.

Can't fault the guys to be honest. I was well and truly bitten by last car dealer so I was cautious going into this. Picked a few faults out on the car on first viewing which were all rectified before collection. Exhaust bracket broke after a week which was done under warranty and courtesy car supplied. I would go back to hj.

Bought a Citroen C5 Martin from HJ MOTORS was great and really helpful and couldn't fault him and his service at all. Unfortunately the car had a Aircon condenser leak, so Dale the after sales guy booked us into a garage for repair, thought this was great he told me it would take a couple hours so as I was traveling from newton abbot I was willing to wait, I got to the garage and they thought they were just diagnosing the problem, they did agree to repair but couldn't get the part till 3pm and once fitted it was 6 pm when I left, please bare in mind I got to the garage at 11am. So the 2 hours I was told by dale was total rubbish, anyways this is not the reason for the 3 stars, The garage spoke to dale about the repair and how it was only supposed to be in to be diagnosed and dale told the garage that I was liar, this he never told me that it was booked in for repair. Anyways as it happened I have it in black and white on a email from dale clearly stating a day time and stating the car was in for repair, showed this to the garage to prove this. EDH garage was great and really don't like dale in HJs after sales department and from my experience I can see why. Sorry HJ but if it wasn't for being called a liar then I would have given you 5 stars.

They were all sweetened and light when they thought I was going to buy a £9000 4x4 on finance . Until they tried to rip us off with the value of our part exchange . We walked away . How ever after a lot of messages between both parties we have come to the understanding that both parties have different opinions as px prices for our car . Unfortunately we couldn't get the deal we wanted on this time but would consider hj motors in the future.
