After a frustrating time with a coolant leak, I got a second opinion here at J&I they found the problem fixed it and boom, no more leaking. so as my MOT was coming up i felt comfortable taking my car there again, so booked MOT and interim service today. And once again excellent service, great attitude from the guys very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend using them, will be sending all my friends and family there for sure. thank you.

Purchased an Audi TT coming up to a year ago. No problems other than 1 item which was a window regulator failure (common on a TT) all fixed under warranty with my local garage hassle free. I found the customer service excellent and Rodney the salesman was first class, no high pressure sales, no flannel. He said there’s the keys take it for a spin and see what you think. Easy sale and the car was reasonably priced, he knocked a bit off as I wasn’t doing a trade in or finance. Car was serviced and fully valeted to a high standard. Would deal with them again.

I turned up at J&I not knowing what to expect. I was met by Matt which was like meeting a long lost mate. He’s really friendly, honest, genuine and an all round great bloke. He let us test drive the car on our own, we had a great time exchanging friendly banter. Matt let me climb all over the Merc to inspect it and when it came to buying the car, it couldn’t have been a better experience. When I came to collect my car it was serviced, MOT’d and valeted to a good standard. Rod was on hand with his knowledge of Mercedes answering all my questions about the car. Matt and Rod make a great team. Buying a car can be nerve racking but J&l put you at ease and take the time to answer any questions you have. Can’t rate these guys high enough

I had a top class experience with these guys. Initially spoke to Matt about a car was interested in and he explained thoroughly the process during lockdown about buying a car and organised a time to view/collect vehicle. On the day I dealt with Rod who showed me the vehicle all over and was helpful the entire time and couldn't do enough for me. Their was no pushy selling tactics and i was really happy with the vehicle and purchased it. I have had a few minor issues with the vehicle and spoke to the guys about it and they have had it back and fixed the problems straight away with no quibbles. I have had a first class experience with J&I car sales, I set up my first ever finance and was very nervous to make such a commitment especially as my credit score is not at its best but I then sat down with Matt and he was fantastic, all the staff here are so friendly and helpful, Matt managed to find me a great affordable quote on the VW Tiguan I wanted, It had a fresh service, MOT and Valet done ready for me to pick it up which was amazing. I will certainly be taking my car here every year for its annual service and MOT. I would certainly recommend J&I to anyone.

I bought a vauxhall insignia from j& i car sales, luckily for me it was the first place i had looked. Ive never bought from a dealer before but to be fair this was the best car buying experience ive ever had. I dealt mainly with rod and matt at first but since having the car have also met and spoken with john. Ive read previous reviews and just wanted to clarify a few things. The customer service is second to none in my opinion. Very friendly, honest people that will do anything to help you with your choice of car both during and after the sale. I can say hand on heart they are very helpfull with the whole proccess. Personally id say that any bad reviews these guys have had says more about the person that left it. They really cant do enough for you and any problems i had were efficiently dealt with as much as it was possible. If you are looking for a car with honesty and great customer service try j & i car sales. I was recommended to speak to the guys at J & I regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I visited the office and from the moment of entering every single member of staff were very happy, polite, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. The two gentlemen I dealt with, were so lovely and worked hard at helping me drive away in the car I had set out to find. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was even kindly picked up and taken to the office on the day of collection. At no point, did I feel pressurised into buying a car or any add ons.
