t. m.excellent service as per usual. As i live 85miles away i request a courtesy car, as usual it was there waiting for me. I needed to get back home to look after my wife and so the service and MOT was done asap. Thank You Lexus.
R. O.I arrived at Snows with my Lexus for its annual service and MOT test. I had washed waxed and vacuumed my car prior to arrival. When I was asked if I wanted a complementary wash and vacuum I saw no point in using more water and resources and declined the offer. I inspected my car before I drove away and noted that the rear of the car was covered in dried grey and dirty water. Why? when everything else about the visit was well delivered.

R. P.One morning whilst visiting family in Cornwall my IS300h refused to start. Lexus roadside assist sent out the AA who informed that a replacement 12V battery was required. I contacted Lexus Plymouth who booked me in the following day and replaced the battery within 40 mins. Great service and lovely people, a pleasure to deal with.
M.I came in recently for some work to be completed on my Lexus , it was a bigger than expected bill but I was happy knowing I would be getting the best treatment for my car . Montana kept me informed and when I came to pick the vehicle up she wiped and sanitised my keys and the card machine ready for me. When I was shown to my vehicle it was washed and vacuumed which was a nice addition . Thankyou .
