While things didn't go entirely as I would of hoped, all of my issues and concerns were sorted by my salesman Gavin Osborne who has been excellent throughout the whole process. I've been looking for a practical and spacious car, and added bonus if it's good handling with enough power.
I had a long chat with Matt and explained my requirements and within their stock I believe I've just found the right match.
After test driving the GLB 35 AMG at Mercedes-Benz of Plymouth there is plenty to love about this sub-compact SUV, the rest is history and now I'm a proud owner of this verhicle.
The AMG enhanced M260 engine and tuned suspension plus the extremely practical interior strikes the good balance for whoever needs to cater their family and wants something fun to drive when alone.
The whole process is seamless, Matt and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Plymouth provides excellent service, the prep of the car is top notch, and their coffee is great!
I highly recommend their service and would be happy to go back to them if I decide in future to go with one of their v8's.

After experiencing problems with the battery on my Mercedes C class, I referred the matter to my Mercedes main dealer. They solved the problem which was a failed battery cell together with a faulty sensor governing the charging rate. As a consequence of the problems I had experienced the manager was very generous and cleared all the costs involved, and I am pleased to say my car is now working well. I would like to thank them and the entire Mercedes team for restoring my faith in car dealerships again. I have been requested to review my experience. Not sure which car this refers too.
1st Experience E class engine management fault. Phoned Mercedes a couple of times to be told the service dept would phone back, they didn't. Found the one line booking and booked it in. Had a call back and was able to sort out other recall issues on E class and A class.
Car went in and fault was solved with a DPF pressure sensor replacement. Drove Home and stopped for fuel, on restart EML came back on. Phoned Mercedes who again did not phone back. Eventually phoned through to an embarrassed service manager. Took the car back, the fault was corrected and the EML is now off and been OK for a week. Fingers crossed.
2nd Experience A Class engine management recall/update, no problems and slick experience.

Under Unfortunate circumstances I was in a rush to get a used car. I rang the dealership in hope they could find me a B class in my price range. Ryan was amazing and worked really hard, backwards and forwards with emails and phone calls to secure the right car for us.
After viewing the car I was a little nervous about them getting the car to standard with slightly more wear and tear I would of liked.I was reassured it would be a set standard on collection. I fully put my faith in Mercedes and picked up the car today and it well and truly looked amazing and they definitely did as they said they would.
Also when the car took more time than first calculated to be ready for collection Mercedes provided us a hire car to drive, which I’m truly grateful for being a mum and NHS worker being able cart my kids around and get to work is so important.

Really satisfied with our purchase and will definitely return for servicing and cars in the future

If I could improved any part of this process it would of been communication after sale. Keeping me up to date with Collection date (as the car took 3 weeks and 5 days to be ready due to parts).
Also mecrcedes Plymouth should definitely get funding for a collection bay .. Audi had this and it really was a special touch compared.

I have recently changed my car with this dealership after a pleasant and unexpected call enquiring into whether I had thought about changing my A class (which I hadn't )as it was only just over a year old. Callum sent me over some details, a short video of a similar car to what they were offering and within a week I was driving away in a new car with an upgraded spec to what I had been originally offered at no extra cost!

I decided to buy a Mercedes back in 2018 and have since upgraded my car and the service has always been good. I’ve had a few issues with my mercs including the fuel cap randomly opening, a few issues with the tech/ satnav and most recently with the soft top roof. All have been fixed under warranty which has been great, although my recent experience (hence the four stars and not five) was tarnished by a slight hiccup in the dealership when I turned up only to be turned away, and I also had to drop my car off 4 times until it was finally fixed (due to parts not turning up). However, despite this mishap I must say the service, particularly from Jennifer Woods, was amazing - she went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fully functioning, always pleasant and in communication with me and also sorted out another car-related matter for me - which I really appreciated - she restored my faith in mercs if I’m honest as I was close to leaving. The cars/ manufacturer seem to have a few premature faults that the manufacturer should hopefully take on board (one of them being the quality of their upholstery), but essentially this isn’t Mercedes south west’s fault and Jennifer dealt with it very well so despite the mishap, I can’t fault the dealership.

They delivered the car out to me to test drive and nothing was too much trouble and the grand unveiling was a lovely touch! Rod who was my point of contact ensured all the paperwork was above board for me and even filled the car with fuel so I was 'good to go' as he put it. The only minor niggle is that you rarely get a response when phoning the main switchboard but they are always prompt at returning calls. Over all it was a great service and love my new car! My daughter wanted to upgrade her Citroen C3 and saw the advertising outside of Plymouth Mercedes, at Derriford, of the new Smart 4 door saloon. I took her in for a look around and she was introduced to the Smart range by a young salesman, who offered to take her on a test drive. She asked me, her Dad, for my opinion, and as an owner of my 3rd Mercedes from this dealership, what else could I say. She chose the colour and other details which would suit her and the vehicle needed to be order from stock. They gave her a date when she would be able to collect the car. On the day, I went with her and her young son, we were greeted by a young saleswoman. We could see that there was a vehicle in the front of the showroom which had been draped with a Mercedes shroud and cordoned off with red rope and chrome pillars. They were very excited as the shroud was removed to reveal her new car. We were given coffee and cakes before the car was driven just out of the showroom. With everything explained to her my daughter took charge of her new car and took us for a drive around the quiet roads nearby before launching out on to the busy Saturday morning traffic and home. It was a lovely experience for her with her first ever new car. She was treated very professionally, as I was, by all the staff she had dealings with at this branch of Mercedes.

We have recently bought a car from Mercedes Benz Plymouth after having a bad experience with a car from another garage. They were absolutely brilliant. They were very professional but really friendly and helpful. They lent us a top of the range car for our daughters wedding as ours wasn't available.
Stuart and Nick were the people who primarily dealt with us and they were great.
We cannot praise the service we had here enough. We will definitely be using this garage in the future for all our motoring needs!!

Mercedes Benz Plymouth were so helpful and easy to deal with when buying my A Class CDI Sport.
I enquired online and Chris Baines got back to me quickly with a personalised video of the car itself so I could get a better idea of how it looked rather than the photos.
I booked a test drive and was greeted by Chris when I got to the showroom. He was very informative about the vehicle and knew it inside and out.
We sorted a deposit and picked it up 3 days later. The handover was smooth and the car was even under a sheet on arrival and unveiled in the showroom for me to drive straight out.

After hunting for an SLK for several weeks as a gift for my father, I decided to try the main Mercedes Benz dealer in Plymouth. I had avoided them at first because I assumed there would be a “main dealer price premium”.
After walking in and being greeted by Louise, I sat down to a nice free cup of coffee and a cake. Judging by the luxury look of the dealership and the lovely service I was already thinking that the car price was going to be a lot higher than the other dealers and private sellers I’d already seen.
To cut a long story short, it wasn’t!
I found an extremely high specification 2013 SLK for the same price it would have been elsewhere - but with the added bonus of it being an authorised Mercedes used car. This means it has full Mercedes main dealer service history; is in immaculate condition throughout; has 12 months Mercedes warranty; has had a full health check; comes with 12 months roadside assistance; etc etc etc. No other dealer was offering anywhere near this but still demanded the same or very close to the same price.
I paid a deposit and waited for final preparation.
On returning to pick up the car, my mother, father and I were greeted, again, by Loiuse.
The car was inside the showroom, hidden under a Mercedes cover, with a sign next to it greeting my mother and father, by name.
What an amazing experience. Mercedes Benz made my dad feel like he was a king. He was so overwhelmed.
This wasn't special treatment just for us. This is how they do it at a Plymouth Mercedes Benz.
What an amazing service. I’ve purchased Porsches, BMWs and others but have never experienced such a great team.
