Pretty dismal display of cars to be honest. We all know there is a shortage but other dealers can manage a decent stock and other Skoda dealers looking on autotrader have plenty of stock. Good for parts (haven't used service) but also not in the most convenient location. Staff are friendly though.

On holiday we had a problem with a door handle so popped by for advice. Very friendly helpful place and took their time to quickly check our car, no hard sell trying to generate business, just honesty, which I very much appreciated. We now are going to get this repaired when we get home as it's not a quick simple repair, but not urgent either.

Collected my new SKODA Octavia from Dennis the other, he was very helpful in choosing my new car and finding the right fit for me as it was for work. The business manager was amazing as well took me through the different finance options and insurance products I needed to be aware of like GAP. Great Service, couldn’t ask for more! I purchased my first new vehicle and the team were great and went through every detail thoroughly. Then after having a small issue with my infotainment system I booked my car in with the after sales team. The process seemed very efficient from start to finish. And I was kept in the loop all throughout by the amazing service advisors. I love that I had a free health check with my booking which gave me great peace of mind. And being some one with minimal knowledge of cars the explanations throughout were a great support. On booking a Winter care health check service for £25 . happily booked it with office service reception when presented the cost of £199. laugh ! one big joke was I con'ned or was it a genuine mistake when approached them about it I was told - cheek of it that I never asked for a winter service Wow ! If I wanted a proper service would have waited when it was up end of February with the Mot as I always have not before Xmas without the Mot so then was told the mileage was up for that service what a cheek without refer to me first ? I can't fault the good service but, the Office reception Staff needs more training.

Ok, a revised review. I cant deny it was an awful experience initially on purchasing a new car end 2016, resulting in a 1 star review. The car itself was great but once that deal ran out our intention was just to return the car (especially having vowed never to buy from them again). Initially there was no kind of deals to be done so started to shop around however, a fantastic offer came up and Murrays still improved on it, saving over £5.5k on a new car, end of 2019 and resolving all my previous headaches. Skoda cars are great and the current staff have been superb this time around so 5 stars from me.

Today was our 3rd visit to Murray Skoda in Plymton . We have always found the staff very friendly & professional . We are very happy with our Yeti but have had a few niggles these have been sorted very quickly on warranty or at a very reasonable price . Today we went to pick up a couple of plastic trims that someone had stolen off our Yeti & also have a warning light investigated . Lee & the Service reception Ladies had the trims fitted foc , some bulbs replaced at a minimal charge & they also washed our Yeti foc , this along with free drinks too ! Also our little dog Ted was welcomed .Murray Skoda has exceeded our expectations . So we would like to say thanks & would highly recommend them to anyone needing to buy or have any aftersales services for there Skoda . The Fowlers
