I bought a car from distance as they had the exact model that I had been searching for. The service was excellent through out - quick turn around, clear comms and support as I hadn’t bought at distance before. The car has been exactly as described so far - there has been one small issue which OJS wouldn’t have been aware of and they have acted super quickly for it to be fixed locally to me and paid for by them straight away. Great service and really honest and straight forward to work with.

A great dealership that offer 6 months warrenty where most places only offer 3. Bought my car back in July and traded in my old one. They gave me a good price on my old car towards the new one. Once the car was ready Ollie delivered my new car and took away my old one as I had concerns regarding Covid numbers at the time. I had a few issues with it to start and it needed the Turbo replaced. Ollie and Simon were happy to fix this for me and give it a brand new turbo. A couple of months had passed and the car started having other issues. I was in constant communication with Simon and Ollie with videos of the noise, taking into the dealership for them to have a look at it and they helped me get to the bottom of the problem and rectified once diagnosed. Absolutely great service and it will be the first place I will check when I need another motor. Thanks OJS Autos.

Such a friendly no pressure team. Was pretty nervous about buying a replacement car as not my thing. A few places jumped all over me the moment i turned up and started pushing finance options and trying to increase my budget. Olly was really chilled and let me explore in my own time - even looked after my dog in the office while I did a test drive. Went away with something I’m really pleased with. The test of course is what happens when something goes wrong. I had an issue with the air conditioning unit. Olly and Simon got me back straight away and fixed everything no drama and all under warranty. Can’t recommend the guys enough and good to support a local company. We bought a Dacia Sandero Stepway from OJS autos, the whole process was very straight forward, being a little further away from Plymouth and not able to view before buying it was brilliant to have assurances that it would be serviced, fresh MOT and clean, which it was. Only issue we have had was needing a new battery as it died shortly after purchasing (probably a tip for anyone buying a car currently to just change the battery, cars are probably sat not running for a while and cells die in the battery’s). Very good experience.

Cracking company from the start. We P/X our car of which Oliver the owner said what the forecourt price would be and he stuck with the price he said which is very honest. Found an ideal car at a good price but over 100 miles away. Ollie sent close up pictures of small dings etc and was honest in his description and history of the car, he agreed to MOT and do cambelt service as part of the deal we struck. We were met at the station and were very pleased with the car that was as described. Since then a fault with the radio has come to light and Ollie has agreed to pay and fix it locally for us. Proper old fashioned good service from a small business owner. Fully recommend!

I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from this dealer and I can honestly say the service given to me by Ollie was second to none. I travelled over 250 miles to view the car and Ollie had the car serviced and MOT’d prior to my arrival and made sure the car was full of fuel to save me time on my return trip. To go one step further, Ollie made sure the garage was open over an hour earlier (on a Sunday) just to accommodate my travel needs. If your looking to get a car at a fair price, sold by a person who dosnt hound you round the car lot like some places come here! All round very good experience, came in to have a look as our car was nearing the end of it's time, sadly didn't see anything but after a quick chat ollie suggested the car he had coming in the next day and it was perfect! He takes on board what you are looking for rather than just trying to make a sale. Turn around was super fast from the day we walked in to driving home in our nice new car. Took our old car as part exchange too! Best part is he was super flexible with the deposit. I was not expecting that at all. I found the dreaded brown gunk in oil filler cap of wife's car. Assumed head gasket was going. Was looking for replacement car and explained issue to several dealers. Whilst looking at cars at OJS.
