We have just bought our BMW 1 series from platinum car centre today, the whole process has been an absolute breeze the car needed a couple repairs and we have been updated throughout the week about how the cars getting on, we finally received a call today saying it was ready to be collected. Found my little fiat 500 at PCC. Hubby and I popped down one Friday late afternoon looked over the car, I found the female important things like the cup holder snd the Blue and Me, hubby looked over the service history and MOT’s. After all 3 of us (including Neil the salesman ) agreed it was a tidy little runner hubby left a deposit. A week later I paid for her and picked her up, and off I went. To say I was happy was an understatement. However my lovely little run around turned out to have a few more issues than anyone knew about. So I had to return the car and received a full refund. You may wonder why I have given a 5 star review when the car was not as we all thought, well in my opinion PCC did the right thing and refunded the price of the car to us.

My son and his friend brought their first car from platinum cars a little Citroen c1 . I accompanied them and we delt with Martin he made the whole process very easy and was very professional . We arranged to pick the car up one week after we viewed it. So it went for its mot it came back with a couple of items which were delt with . On the day of picking the car up Martin was not available so we delt with Darren who on that day was very busy but still made the final part of buying the car very easy . The whole experience of dealing with this company has been a great one. I mainly dealt with steve who was very polite, not pushy at all, took time to explain and was obviously concerned to have a happy customer and have a good name. While looking for a new car i had a look round a few cars in stock, sales team were very helpful (a young lad named zac) spending time explaining features of each car (even though i was clear i wouldn’t be buying straight away). I'll start this by saying that I think all used car dealers are dodgy. Martin it turns out is not. My wife found a car he was selling on their facebook, messages back and fourth and we go and see it. He helped loads with the finance options and then on the test drive we found the clutch was slipping. He said we could buy it, take it home and then take it to their recommended garage to get it fixed after the weekend and he'll pay. Turns out this actually happened exactly as he said. The garage they use for repairs is the same garage I take my car to and their bodywork garage is also the same one I've used. Cars been great, had it a few months now and hasn't blown up or gone wrong at all. They have a good range of cars, all I would say is that if you see a car for sale on their facebook and you want it be quick, they sell fast here.

Drove down just over 200 miles to Platinum Car Centre last Sunday after speaking to Zac several times over the phone, who was as polite and professional in person as he was over the phone. Zac done me a brilliant part ex deal and I drove away with a fantastically spec'd Range Rover. We went through all the details on the car and I even got a chance to take it for a quick drive myself without any pressure to make sure I was happy with how it drove. The only gripe I have is that the car could have been given a professional valet (especially inside and the engine bay) as I paid a fair chunk of change , although it was clean it had loads of bits that had not been cleaned and could have been more thorough. Aside from that, I would recommend Platinum Car Centre.
