Just before boarding at Santander my car flashed up "coolant level low" , on arrival in Plymouth I knew it was a problem. A local person suggested where to go. It was 16:00 and the the lads quickly diagnosed the problem. A water pump with a timing belt was ordered and I was impressed to hear my car would be worked on first thing in the morning. Lisa on reception was super helpful. After check out of our hotel, we dropped our bags off at the garage and big Chris showed me the worn out water pump. Job was completed by 12:30 at a reasonable price. A very big thank you and well recommended.

They have reasonable prices compared to other garages within Plymouth and the customer service I have found great. Took my car in for MOT and Sevice and they told me on the spot that they have had some delays and that it would be slightly longer than normal. The only slightly complaint I would have is that when you ask them to call you back about something you have to chase them up as I haven't received a phone call back a couple of times. I can only put this down to how popular this garage is.

Amazing place. Totally recommend We picked our new vauxall Astra sri today from The ladys house..car was all nice and clean & ready to drive. Communication was abit of a pain to get thru had to leave voice messeges. But It all went to plan. Happy with my new car 😁 thank you guys.. UPDATE 06/09/22: The car only lasted 10 months June. The Gearbox went. So I suggest to Anyone going for finance. Get it checked over by someone you can trust. Before you buy. This was my first time going on finance & I WONT be doing it again.

Had a brilliant experience recently, buying a new used car for my partner. Able to pick the car up out of hours as we had to leave after work from Cornwall. Developed a fault once we got home, but Dave the technician personally drove down to collect the car, repaired it, and dropped it back a couple of days later. Couldn’t ask for a better service, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from this garage, despite living so far away! Can’t recommend highly enough!

If you are looking to buy a used car then seriously this is the best place to come! I traded my beloved car in this week for something more practical for the family. Plymouth Trade Centre have a good selection of vehicles priced for different budgets. From the sales staff, right through to management and mechanics, you will not find a more helpful and accommodating company! Customer care and satisfaction to these guys is paramount. I only bought a relatively cheap vehicle but I was treated like a VIP, they go the extra mile, and I wouldn't hesitate to get my next vehicle from them in the future.

I recently bought a car here and am really pleased with it. When I bought it I was informed that the central locking was not working properly but I could bring it back to be repaired once the part had arrived. I was a little anxious as to whether this would be honoured. However I need not have worried. Dave in the garage worked hard ensuring that the central locking was fully working. There were a few complications initially but he persevered with it until it worked perfectly. Everyone was friendly and polite and I would not hesitate to buy another car here.
