My appointment was at short notice and despite that Rodgers were able to accommodate.
I mentioned I was embarking on a foreign trip with the vehicle and upon collection they had not only cleaned the car but also performed a safety check so I had piece of mind whilst travelling.
A really 'above and beyond' service as always.

Bought a car as a distance buyer for my daughter. Deposit paid without seeing but took salesman's word. Never did this before so was a complete leap of faith. Dealt with Alex Bartlett who was totally honest and professional. Incredible service from him and the team in the background doing all the prep work. This ensured the car was presented perfectly. There were no hiccups, great communication via email and calls.
From first enquiry to pick up was 6 days even with a depleted prep team.
Judging by how busy the dealership was, I'd say they're doing something right. Totally professional team. Well done and keep the great work up. You're doing something right.
Last point, would I travel 6 hours/300 miles to buy from them again...I wouldn't think twice, most definitely.

From the initial contact from on-line application, to the test drive, to the ordering of the vehicle and then the handover, we were very impressed with the dealer and staff professionalism. Unfortunately, there was a long Period of time from ordering to handover, although tis was not the fault of the dealership. Our wait was not as long as the norm because we were offered a cancelled order, which we were satisfied with, although not our initial preferred colour. During the handover there was difficulty setting up the "Bluelink" system and I was anticipating the HV battery would be fully charged, which it was not.

Other parties involved Hyundai Finance and their heavy- handed , ugly agents made things very difficult. They cost me money and I ended up having to do their jobs for them .

We had a problem with corroded pipes on the coolant system of our i800 and although the warranty had expired in March I contacted Rodgers and they told me that they would replace the faulty parts and repair it free of charge and whilst they had my vehicle they also gave it a full complimentary health check. All the staff members I spoke to were very helpful and my whole experience with them was excellent. I can't recommend them enough. When I am looking to upgrade, Rodger's will be my first port of call. Thanks to all the team.

After spending £300 on trying to get an check engine light problem resolved at a garage in Plymouth with no joy, I called Rodgers Hyundai.
They said they would look at it that afternoon! I took the car in and Colin arraged a very proffessional tehnician to look at it,I am so sorry i didnt get his name.
After 2 hrs with regular updates the problem was solved.
I can honestly say their customer service is exemplary and cannot praise them enough for repairing a problem that a so called specialist was incapable of curing over a 2 week period
