I saw an approved used car with Rowe's online. I am based in London so I called up Rowe's and spoke with Dan Provost. Dan sent me a very detailed video of the car and went through all the details with me. Dan made sure the car was detailed and prepared for delivery of the car to my home address. I have ordered other things online but this is the first time I have ordered a car online and the transparency and support has been next to none with Rowes. The main man at Rowe's , Tim also checked in post delivery to make sure I was happy with everything! Only if Rowe's now opened a branch in London for my regular servicing !

The staff at Rowes are really helpful and friendly. The service is great. My car is always ready for collection at the specified time and there's a complimentary drinks machine, comfortable seating area while waiting for your car. The service plan I was offered was good value and I always get a phone call or letter to remind me that my service is due.

First time Ive ever bought from a main dealership and I have to say the service has been nothing but outstanding! Got a call to inform me my MOT was due, whilst on the call they noticed my service was due too, so booked them all in with a courtesy car all sorted. 2 days before I was due to drop my car off I had to go to work up North so called Rowes up to inform them and they went above and beyond.....they had no free dates but called around other Rowes garages and managed to squeeze me in today to get the job done and still provide me with a courtesy car. Called me up to notify me of what needed doing, proceeded, got the car completed and back on the road. Thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile and providing outstanding customer service......would highly recommend and I will certainly be back. Thank you Rowes Honda and Suzuki!

Took my car here for repairs after an accident (not my fault) the communication was excellent I was kept up to date on what was going on, the repairs to my car look brilliant and there isn't any mismatch in colours. I cannot describe how good these guys are. I was interested in part exchanging my Type R for an Accord. I dealt with a salesman called Dan who talked me through the whole car as I was almost 300 miles away, when I arrived I got a warm welcome, the car was exactly how he described beyond the pictures I saw, got a great price for my Type R also. The Fantastic service continued when I had a problem with central locking a few weeks after purchase, I dealt with Honda In Ashford for the repair under warranty but they were difficult, however Dan continued to help me out with this even though he didnt have to, I thought I may be getting annoying but he was always friendly everytime I called for help. Can't explain how great Dan has been and can't thank him and reccomend Rowes enough!!!

Thought I had a problem with alarm system on car as it kept going off. Turned out just to be flat battery in fob. Batteries were fitted to fobs and was cheaper than other outlets. All impressed. All sorted.

Bought my Iggy the Ignis from there last Wednesday. It was so easy, I made enquiry online about it and made a booking to see it, then my car broke down the night before. I managed to bump start it to the garage for my appointment and James in there was so lovely he got the guys in service to look after the car and see the issue (battery flat), we took the Ignis out for a drive he was understanding that I literally had nothing on me so took me to my house so I could grab my license so i could have a drive! I'd been looking at Ignis for a few months now, so once I drove Iggy I knew I was sold. I explained to James how scared i was of my other car breaking down inbetween and asked how soon I could have Iggy, and I got it that night! We handed over just before 5pm! They even offered me a very fair amount for my old car! I'm very grateful for the full team there for being so helpful 😁😁 it's nice that at no point did I feel like a car was being forced down my neck like when I'd bought previous cars!
