Always worrying buying a new expensive car but Elliot was absolutely spot on and transparent from start to finish, had a couple minor issues which were sorted instantly! Everything they promised or said they'd do they did, even let me test drive with the dog to make sure he fit too. After having a major malfunction with my vehicle I took my car here as my car required specialist maintenance. I had a battle with my own private warranty company (Nothing to do with specialist vehicles) that went on for a few weeks and these guys were so helpful and understanding. They had enough room to keep my car inside and even gave me a courtesy car to use. Phil the after-sales manager was polite and cooperative throughout the works to my vehicle. He sympathised with my situation and was doing everything he could to help. They have gained a new long-term customer out of me for sure. Thanks so much to Phil, he is an asset to the company.

We have been looking for a x5 now for about 6 month's. I was recommended by a close friend to a talk to @specialistvehicles Plympton Plymouth. I got in touch with Tom Orr the director. We spoke about what I was looking for. He said leave it with me. Within 48 hrs he found the excat model I was looking for.. Spec & 7 seats! Couldn't believe it. So bought car 7 days later. From that first phone call and service we have received from Tom and specialist vehicles team absolute outstanding service.

Car recently in for service and 100% happy, car came back to me spotlessly clean and they completed the service quickly with genuine parts and premium oil at a price that was over a £100 cheaper than the main dealer. The workshop and reception area are spotless and the staff are helpful and polite.

My partner and I were down in Torquay, South Devon with our twin axle caravan. On my way back to the caravan site my Audi Allroad Quattro suddenly went into limp mode. Green Flag came out to me and diagnosed a problem with the boost pressure on the turbo. Phoned the Local Audi dealer and he couldn't touch the car for at least a week. Green flag sourced out Specialist Vehicles in Plympton some 50 miles away. this company said they could find the fault, fix it and have me back on the road in 3 days. Had the car transported there, and 3 days later Mr Adam Cooper (after sales manager) phoned to say all was done. I went by taxi to pick up my car, which had been washed and fully valeted whilst in their care. "Dedication and attention to detail" I think is the appropriate phrase. Well done and a big thank you to all the staff at Specialist Vehicles, I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their professionalism and speed in which the had me back on the road. p.s. the garage is spotless as well
