As always, fantastic service from Ford at Plymouth, in particular Suzanne Wood, who is always brilliant to deal with and provides fantastic customer service, is helpful, knowledgable and always keeps me up to date with things. Called service department twice but no answer, was told by main switch board they would ask someone to call me. After two days emailed sales person who again said he would ask service to call me but again no call. After another email I did receive a call and my car was booked in. The service it's self appears to be ok, but did take twice as long as the estimated time!

My wife and I were only intending to visit Vosper's of Plymouth to report a slight defect on the wheels of my wife's Fiesta Vignalle, which was still under warranty. Your Service Engineer confirmed there was a problem and booked the car in for the 3rd January 2023. In the meantime we met Sue Wood your Sales Representative who asked if we where intending to keep the Fiesta and it all went from there. Finally we ended up purchasing a new White Ford Ecosport Active and trading in the Vignalle. Your Sales Lady was very knowledgeable, and new her product thoroughly, a real asset to Vosper's. During our visit your MD Mr Peter Vosper came into the showroom and spent a considerable amount of time discussing the future of Ford in the UK , with me. It was a real pleasure to have a one to one with this gentleman, and it was nice to see that upper Management can be seen actively supporting the sales team's in the showroom. Well done Vosper's.

Brought a Brand-new Ford Mustang 5lt GT from Vospers Plymouth branch. I got looked after by Suzanne Wood. From start to finish of the sale she kept me updated with all the info, paper work, emails and the time and date of arrival of the car. Suzanne was kind, very good of explaining all the different options, worked with my timing of coming into the branch, even with my 3-year-old running about. She also joined in with my excitement of my new vehicle. I really overall rate my experience with Plymouth Vospers. Very glad and happy I got delt and looked after by the lovely Suzanne Wood. Great service and friendly staff. The cars are high quality, last car was bought from them new 10 years ago and still going strong! Only upgraded due to size and needed a bigger family car so that speaks volumes! Very helpful in explaining the various benefits and cons of the range of cars so we could find the best match for what we wanted/needed. And ended up buying a different one then expected due to it meeting more of our needs. The ease of the transaction and the speed that it was ready meant we got it sooner than we expected!

Hassle free pick up for self employed vehicle delivery driver, quality peugot, took up to Taunton to a happy customer 👍😎 drove great, smooth on motorway, no unusual noises/smells etc, looks like service dept has done a great job. Was looking to exchange my 2017Jaguar for a smaller petrol run car, the salesman (Neil) looked after myself and my partner extremely well, after deciding on a little 2019 ford fiesta I took it for a test drive. Fantastic car showroom and sales. We have been buying cars here for longer than 16 years, every time we are made welcome and helped with special needs and requirements. The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable and not afraid to say I don't know I will find out. Weather first car or upgrade they are a great garage. Parking could be better but there is always enough space. Models and choice is great with all models or access to models you will find the car your after. Service is quick and clarity in what is needed or what has been done with video servicing available. Top garage.

If your looking to buy a new Ford then please pop in and see Sue Wood at Vospers Ford at their Marsh Mills site. Sue proved to be so patient and an excellent salesperson. At no point ever while going through our options did Sue try and push for a sale, instead, Sue went over absolutely everything, the pros, and cons, through all the options of all the different models and specs. To top it all off Sue ensured we always had a cup of coffee and even better the price that Sue was able to give me was better than could be achieved by a very popular online site. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Went to Vospers Plymouth (Ford) to have a look for a new car and enquire about finance, deposits etc. Greeted by Oscar who made me feel at ease, walked me through the process and worked hard to find the right vehicle and deal for me. Had driven past Vospers Plymouth a couple of times and the Mean Green Ford Puma ST parked outside had caught my eye. I popped in and spoke with Sue Wood who I have to say has been outstanding from when I first enquired right through until I collected the car. When I first met Sue it was just before they were closing for the day but Sue was still happy to let me have a look at the car and arranged a test drive the next morning for me. We spoke on the phone again a couple more times during the day following my test drive and Sue did everything possible to get me a deal that I was happy with as I had a car to part exchange. I met up with her again the next morning to sort the paperwork and collected the car a couple of days later. Sue is very friendly and professional and was very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer any questions I had. Having heard negative things about Vospers from others I was a little apprehensive about going to them for a car but I have to say the service from Sue has been excellent. I’m just hoping that the after sales service from other departments at Vospers will be as good. In my opinion Sue is a great asset to the Ford New Cars Sales Team and I would recommend her to anyone considering buying a new Ford.

Good service and completed on time, only negative is that controls that are set by the owner should be put back to their settings. Things like auto lights turned off and I was unaware due to the changing daylight until other drivers were flashing me as I was in a street lit road without lights on. If they are doing this owners should be advised before driving away.
