I needed a car and wanted a specific model and brand. Found one on their website and arranged viewing. On the day was assisted by Fujel. Excellent experience and customer service. Fujel was very professional. He did not force the sale on me, and that was great. I'm not too fond of it when a business does aggressive upsales or pushes clients towards products they do not necessarily need or want. None of that was here. Fujel was on point and very fast in arranging all necessary documents. He only worked around what I wanted and needed. Also put much more petrol in my tank than was expected, which was not left unnoticed and greatly appreciated. Helpful and goes above and beyond to address customers' needs. Arnold Clarke should be proud to have Fujel working for them. I will be definitely recommending Arnold Clarke motorstore to other people and will be returning for another car when the time comes.

Arnold Clark gave us significantly more and with no admin fees that WBAC were charging. Jake called us on the day of the appointment to let us know what to bring and ask a few more details of the car. When we arrived all the staff were really nice and gave us a drink. Jake was great. Very friendly and not hard sell at all. We agreed the price which we were very happy with and booked an appointment to drop the car off a few days later which again went nice and smoothly. Would definitely recommend going here if selling your car.

I was conversing with Jordan Higgins for around 2 weeks, the whole time he couldn't have been more helpful! He did everything he could to get me the best price he could, did not use any awful sales techniques and push me to having extras I did not want. He's a real credit to the business. This is the second time I have bought a car from Arnorld Clark and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

A good service selling my car to Arnold Clark Preston Motorstore. Alison is very friendly and explains the process really carefully. They honoured the online valuation with no quibbles. This was in complete contrast to the experience I had at WBAC a day earlier. If you have a car to sell take my advice and use this dealership. The only negative experience is the length of time it takes for AC to settle outstanding finance. I received the funds to my account (the equity) within three days as stated. However, they quote it will be ‘within’ 10 working days for car finance to be settled. I expected this to be the worst case scenario. However, on the the morning of the 10th working day the finance company had still not received the money. Due to the large amount of money I became worried. I could not contact the branch as their phone lines were not working. I contacted head office. A member of staff from head office investigated and informed me that payment was due that day (the 10th day). This is absolutely cutting it fine, sending the money ‘ON’ the 10th day. My finance needs to be settled before I can pick up my new car, so I only hope the finance company are able to process the payment quickly once received and settle my agreement! If they are able to pay equity to customers within 3 days, they should do the same for the finance - in fact you’d expect it to be the opposite way. I assume the issues I have had are more to do with AC’s head office rather than this particular branch.

So I decided to visit the Arnold Clark Motorstore in Preston on Hartington Road, and I was welcomed with a very friendly, happy member of staff who’s actual name is Zohib but is known as Zeb, iv been looking to buy a car for several weeks and I have also been down to other Arnold Clark dealerships, but I can honestly say the Preston Motorstore has been by far the best experience ever! Reason I say this is because first of all I get approached and welcomed by Zeb who let me tell you by the way is an absolute legend! I decided to get a car with Arnold Clark as a birthday treat for myself, a beautiful ford fiesta, sadly it was not meant to be, after making the deal, I went home. Personal life went completely wrong, and I had to cancel my car, basically after 18 hours :( I called Fazel, who was the guy taking care of me whilst I was at the store, and he gladly took me under and helped me cancel my agreement with no hassle. He got things sorted on his end for me and was very helpful and understanding. Eventually after 20 days, I came into the dealership to cancel my agreement and move on. Sadly the cancellation price had risen a considerable amount. But never fear, Fazel, Avtar, and the sales manager (I apologise, his name escapes me), these 3 guys took care of everything, even going as far as covering some of the cost for me. That right there, is excellent customer service and I cannot recommend the dealership enough! So, I am here to recommend you ask to speak to any of these guys if you have an issue: Fazel Patel Avtar Singh And the sales manager (again, sorry) Thank you 3 for making my cancellation easy and quick.
