J. P.About time I post a review! Got my DS4 on 10th February, Carl was very helpful (including in the days before when I was looking at another car that sold before I got chance to buy it!).
It became evident within a day of a couple issues but was a couple weeks before could get my mechanic to have a look over it, a flat spot on one tyre which I replaced, maybe that wasn't for me to sort, but I didn't begrudge this anyway, the other issue was the clutch. Went back to carsdirect and let him know about the clutch, Carl wasn't 100% sure if warranty would cover it or class as wear and tear so Cars Direct NW actually got this sorted for me (hopefully they could claim on warranty but either which way it was one less thing for me to worry about), was tod I could have a courtesy car but the other person wasn't overly helpful and I get quite anxious so I just said I'd manage.
All in all, a few little hiccups, but 10/10 is all I can say for the service, the help provided by Carl and the willingness to rectify the issues with the car. Love my car, thank you very much, hopefully be back within the year if we can secure cash or finance for auto for my husband!
