W. F.Really great service from Adam and the team. A totally no pressure and trusting environment, and their cars are clearly well chosen and immaculately presented. They had no hesitation in fixing some minor dents and scratches before I picked up the car. I would definitely recommend them.
i. p.I have to say I am very happy with the car I purchased from this dealer, the service provided is excellent and even got a refund from them to cover the cost of a small repair Audi undertook on it after purchase. Many dealers will say yes I will pay for that and do that and they never answer your call but not this garage. A massive thank you, I am not going to mention any names as I am terrible with them but in the future when I will change my car I will give them a call first. Keep up the good work and wish all dealers would be more like you.
T. B.The excellent online advert, photos and description of a beautiful car caught my eye. Met Steve at GS Car Centre who showed me the car and explained its features and benefits. He was very professional and informative. I arranged a test drive for the next day. Adam accompanied me as I'd never driven an automatic before. He was an extremely patient and calm teacher. The car was immaculate. Both Steve and Adam offered a great, no pressure, friendly service and answered all my questions honestly and professionally... they know their stuff. With £100 deposit, a collection day was arranged within the week and all paperwork and documentation was taken care of. I thought buying a used car would be a daunting experience but Steve and Adam made it a smooth, efficient process. I love my new car and will definitely recommend GS Car Centre

The car was in immaculate condition and even better than the pictures online. I was greeted by Gaz who was very welcoming and left to look over the car and test drive at my own leisure. I've never experienced such a high level of customer service like this before from my first phone call ,talking to Steve, to collecting the car 4 days later from Adam. I travelled down from Arbroath to them, so nearly 5 hours and I was more than happy that the car was exactly as they had described (pictures on site and verbally on the phone). The level of preparation was very high (almost new level) and Adam told me all about it during a test drive. I cannot recommend GS Car Centre enough and I'll definitely be checking them out again when it's time to change car.

M. C.There were 68 pictures taken of the Audi so it gave a very good representation of the car even before seeing it including close ups to show the excellent condition.
I purchased the car it was immaculate and very well looked after, I spoke with Adam throughout and the car still needed prepping. He organised to have it done for me to be able to view and then purchase, the whole process was relaxed and seamless Adam was very knowledgable about the cars history and all documents were provided. The car was given a fresh service and MOT completed the day before and 2 new tyres were fitted also, so all in all a very good independent car sales business with friendly knowledgable staff I came up from Devon so 4+ hour drive but I would definitely use them again!!

In the week from seeing the car, to buying it I spoke with other members of the team and nothing was too much trouble.
I haven't had any reason to contact them since, my car is of such a high standard. However, I am confident that if or when I need to ask anything, their after sales service will be just as good as their pre sales.

on the phone to arrange to view our BMW 420 Grand Coupe. Travelled from Lincoln to Bamber Bridge with my partner and our 2 Cockapoos where we were met by Gary who was extremely helpful showing us the car and giving us as much time as we needed to look around and test drive. We loved the car. On our return we were met by Steve, who dealt with all the paper work, he even had our Cockapoo Alfie sat on the chair next to him. We happily drove our new car away that afternoon. I. C.Recently purchased a Gt86. The service from Steve was excellent, he was helpful and able to answer all questions I had asked about the car. The process was simple, easy, with regular updates from Steve and nothing was ever too much. The car was delivered to myself a few days later and in great condition. I was informed on the day of delivery a time slot that was met with a call when the delivery was close. The car had been fully serviced, MOT'd and cleaned throughout and I was really happy with the car. I even had a call from Steve a few days later to ensure the car was to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Steve and GS car centre, and also thank them for a excellent service and a great car.
S. B.I found GS Car Centre via Autotrader -- they're about a 50min drive from me. The owners (two brothers) were great: they provided helpful advice, and let me do a long test drive to reassure myself that the car was suitable for me. They also let me put down a refundable deposit, which gave me a couple of days in order to test drive a similar model elsewhere as a comparison.
I'd thoroughly recommend GS -- they certainly defy the stereotype of your typical car salesmen. I was particularly impressed by the care and attention that had been given to preparing my car for delivery -- it arrived in immaculate condition, with a new service and renewed MOT.

GS Car Centre are by far the best car sales centre I have ever dealt with.
Steve was brilliant keeping me updated with the car and sorting delivery. He has made the whole experience seamless and the fact I live in Norwich Norfolk nothing was to much trouble.
I recieved the car within a couple of days of purchasing and the guy who delivered was helpful in explaining the car and very professional.
I would recommend GS Car Centre to all my family and friends.

GS was realistic about the part-ex of our existing car - yes I could have got a little more from a private sale but I had to weigh up potentially losing the car I wanted and dealing with people coming and viewing and trying to knock the price down. The car purchased was very clean, serviced and MOT'd to a high standard. You can tell that it's a family business as the levels of customer service was second to none. GS insisted on a test drive - and he let my drive the car by myself due to the coronavirus. There was no sales pressure at all - the car came with a 3 month RAC package - which I did upgrade (again no pressure). I feel very confident that GS would look after me should any issues arise, and I'd gladly purchase another car from them in the future. Thank you GS :)
