I'd endorse Just Citroen Preston because we have previously bought vehicles from this Dealership. Our experience this time was exceedingly good, the salesperson was very knowledgeable, ensured we were happy with all aspects of the new car answering all the questions we had. The handover was conducted at a convenient time and was done very efficiently. Also set up explained the updated aspects and technology on the car, as we're not very techy!!. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Preston dealership to family and friends. 5 star service.

I can't rate the customer service that we received from Mark Sidlow and the team at JustMotors on Flyde Road highly enough. From the first visit when we were unsure what our best option was for a car for my elderly parents, all the way through the buying process, to the fitting of personal registration plates they took care of everything. Bought a hyundai Tucson and collected it on Saturday the car sale's man Mark Sidlow was very good knew what he was talking about and never pushed us to buy with hard sale's tactics like others car show rooms we visited. We was down to collected our car on 19th September but unfortunately it clashed with the bank holiday for Queen Elizabeth II state funeral so he rearranged for collection on Saturday morning. Would certainly recommend a visit to look at the cars and I would not hesitate to buy from Hyundai again.

I cannot recommend john and his service team enough. Needing my van everyday for work I am snookered when something goes wrong with it. There has been a couple of occasions now where my van has needed urgent work and john has fitted me in as well as supplying with a courtesy van to keep me on the road. Fast and professional service from start to finish from the team.

31st of January I purchased a new c3 St James, this is the 3rd c3 I have purchased from just citroen preston as I regularly change my vehicle as part off my job. The company is very friendly, reliable, helpful and in my opinion top class, I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a, new vehicle. The c3 is a fantastic car with a range of models. I personally deal with dave Jones who goes out off his way to help find the correct vehicle and does everything he can to help, dace, is a friendly gentleman who has fantastic customer service, The service desk with sadie and John is also first class also going out off their way to help in anyway they can First class staff and company

V.Good service when I arranged the new lease of a nice C3 including full service pack. But then following the last service I had on my C3 I noticed a small crack on the touch screen. I was informed that this did not happen during the service which I find very hard to believe as I know that I did not damage it. I was informed that the screen is not covered by my plan and I would have to pay for the repair myself. The screen cost over £800 NOT including any labour! The screen was ordered and paid for and to their credit it arrived the very same day (this is 5 star service! And the reason why I have given 3stars not 1!).

Used the click and collect service today for car purchase. Most efficient, everything sterilized. Able to speak with staff whilst all observed social distancing. The staff had talked me through the collection process previously and all went to plan. I would not hesitate to use the dealership and this service again

I have had, in recent months a service and an MoT here. Prices very reasonable, car was washed both times, reception staff very pleasant and welcoming and anti covid precautions were excellent with keys handed back wrapped in an antiseptic wipe. Strongly recommended.

Ross Freedman is why I'm writing this review. Not only do I work in the same industry as Ross but currently and heavily involved in 'What does superlative customer experience look like with my Brand' My wife likes the Citroen brand and over the past 5 days have been trying to buy a car. Simply enough right? Wrong.... I have disappointingly discovered! Had a cheaper on-line lease deal in the bag but experience and history has taught me to find the right garage and deal with a person and not a computer online deal. Please can this feedback land on the DP/GM desk as Ross made my enquiry very easy. Attentive, Professional, knowledgeable and above all.... passionate for his Brand and company he works for. 10/10 and very impressed. Would highly recommend.

From the start, the staff at Citroen were extremely helpful and fast at responding to any questions I had. I was so nervous about enquiring about a car as I had only just passed a week before. I decided to go to visit Just Citroen, Preston and speak to an advisor in person who could help me further. I met with Mark Sidlow who explained all options to me that I could potentially choose from that fit my budget and also something that suited my needs. Mark was very patient, accommodating and really did look after me. As I work full-time, it was sometimes hard for me to go visit before they closed but Mark would always stay longer than his working hours to assist me when I wanted to come in to ask more questions, etc. I feel like he really did go out of his way to assist me. I cannot recommend Mark enough he was honestly so professional and friendly throughout and he helped me pick the best option for me. Once I finalised everything the car came within a week. I received excellent service and I now have a new Citroen C1 which I am absolutely in love and so happy with. My experience was made easy and stress-free. If you are young and have recently passed, I would definitely recommend Citroen. Thank you for all your help Mark!

Superheroes dont always have capes. Sometimes its red overalls with a Citroen badge. 205 Miles from home returning from Holiday and the engine management light comes on and Limp mode kicks in on my C4 GP. Saturday Morning and tried 2 Garages and no help. Went in and spoke to Darren he explained they were busy but given the circumstances they'd have a look. 40 minutes later I have a temp fix that will get me home. Got me home with no issues. I didn't get the name of the mechanic but he'll know who he is. Thanks you so much to both of you. Easy option would have been sorry too busy and I'd have accepted that because I could see they were busy but no these guys are fantastic.

Having decided that I was going to own another Citroen, a C4 Picasso similar to my previous three Xsara Picasso's, and that it had to be red, a suitable looking vehicle came up at Just Citroen in Preston. As I live down south I couldn't pop in to take a look. I had various questions, which were answered over the course of a day or so, no pressure. The last one was would they wait ten days for me to go on a pre-planned business trip, which they seemed quite happy about. On my return I took the train from Heathrow to Preston, and the garage picked me up from the station. I was left to my own devices to thoroughly look over the car, and it was pretty well as described, right down to the one small paint chip. So, having logged onto one of their computers to transfer the funds, I bought it. And drove straight over to Bradford for a business meeting, and back to Berkshire the following day. So whats the car like, three months on? She's wonderful, but she can be very hard to understand sometimes. Quite why the screen changes layout I can't fathom, it took quite a while to persuade her not to show me two rev counters. One is enough! As soon as I indicate to turn at night, a turning light comes on, so I can more easily see where I am going. Oh, just why does the stop start function sometimes work, and sometimes not? The bottle holders in the front doors are a favourite of my wife. Just touch a button and the seat seems to gently caress my back. The lights stay on for however long I ask them to when I lock the car at night, so I can see where I am stepping. Brilliant! The secret compartments under the rear seat platform fit a bottle each, so they don't annoyingly roll around as in the old Xsara Picasso. But they do stay chilled, and the proseco doesn't explode when openned. Verdict: I don't know why this car isn't more popular, its very reasonably priced. And the garage? Yes, I would buy from then again, they are very professional. Even if you are thinking of buying at a distance, as I did.
