Staff friendly, as I was disabled pushed car in before 9am. Only issue, it's out on a limb, so if you don't have two cars, or the ability to drive standard courtesy vehicles, your a bit snookered.
When I purchase next vehicle I may use a different dealership, give. What I discovered below.
Also when we got car, at no point did the salesmen advise the car had been in an accident. I found the repair information in the handbook. It did leave a sour taste, but by then the adaptation needed had been done.
I know it's buyer beware, but this was a big omissions in my opinion, given the investment being made.

What can I say, very experienced team so helpful and friendly. Would I buy from Perrys Preston again yes I would. To be honest other Perrys could learn from this team. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble. I would like to thank Tom and James for everything they have done for me.

I recently bought a new mokka from Perrys Preston, the first impression of the garage and the sales lady was excellent, so much so, her lovely approach won me over, and also they had the exact model I wanted in stock which is extremely lucky, as currently you would normally have to wait months for the spec you wanted. Everything was great until the day of collection, that’s when it became an absolute shambles, and the whole buying experience was totally ruined. After spending almost an hour of signing compliance documentation which appeared excessive , I was finally handed the keys to my purchase and taken outside . I walked round the car before getting in to find that the rear number plate was missing, the car mats promised had not been put in the car, also I was promised a set of number plates with my cherished number on to swap once I had sorted the retention documents, again these were also missing. At this point the sales lady appeared to fall apart , busily trying to find all the missing items. Clearly no quality control check had been made prior to handover. The car was also void of any owners manuals or service book, I waited 4 weeks for these and several emails. The sales person made no follow up call to me to check if everything was ok-. I have bought numerous new cars over many years however this experience was the worst, the joy of buying a car costing over £27-500 was absolutely ruined. The retail manager did contact me after him seeing my email of complaint, and he was very helpful, given my experience I would not recommend this deslership, because once your money is paid , the service goes dreadful.

Bought a used car from Perrys recently. I’m very happy with it. Got a great deal and the perfect car for us. James was my salesman and he was fabulous. Not at all pushy. Instead he found out what I needed and made it happen! He went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to me collecting the car too, arranging a courtesy car for me to drive for a few days whilst a tow bar was removed from my old car and put on the new one. Very pleased with the whole experience at Perrys. Would definitely recommend and it will be certainly be my first port of call when I’m looking to replace my car again. Thank you.

Just bought a car from here and was very impressed with the whole process. Our sales guy was James and he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He had the car prep for in advance so we were able to drive away on the day.

Great service from Perry's however getting a problem sorted with the car after collection took a little too much effort from our side to sort out. I feel this this was mainly due to the Covid world but returning a customer call efficiently should still be achievable.

From walking on site at Perry's my experience was 5 star. My sales executive Sam Pouncey was exceptional , he was very attentive and helpful, from explaining all about the car i was looking at, to the test drive which was perfect. The day i picked my car up Sam actually came in on his day off to hand the car over to me.He got in the car with me and explained all the spec to me and how to work every thing. Sam has a fantastic personality and is an asset to Perry's. So in a nut shell my total experience with Perry's was perfect, and i love my new car, she is now called Dorothy, lol. Thank you Team Perry's, especially Sam.

Mainly OK but the trade in price was considerably less than other places but took it for convenience. I asked for a key fob for the keys but non was forth coming. Usually firms have loads of key fobs - I just got a bit of plastic!!
Was pleased that they agreed to do PDI there and then to save me having to go back for the car later but offered me immediate insurance but left it until the office was closed so I got my company to insure it immediately but took valuable time after waiting for the PDI it made a very long day and I didn't get away from Perrys until 6pm

First time ever dealt with a female car sales Chelsea pleasant and gave me a good price on my trade in car ..Paperwork very prompt one item missing but Chelsea posted it on promptly... The only thing is the mirrors on the Mokka do not fold unlike the 62 new Mokka with reversing camera l purchased new from Perrys the car gave me 6 year trouble free experience ..Mirrors my own fault for not viewing the car otherwise we both very happy with the car Thank you Perrys

Very pleased with the low mileage purchase, however not happy with a 3 month warranty on a 3 year old car which had only done 10,000 miles which subsequently developed faults on the parking assist system only 5 months after purchase and only having covered 2000 miles in that time
