Just taken delivery of a GTS from the dealership and they thoroughly deserve a 5* rating for their uncompromising level of customer service. My special thanks to Richard Mander for helping me get back into a 911 after a 15 year gap. And the GTS, well it definitely is the sweet spot everyone talks about.

I have visited the showroom on 3 occasions recently, as part of the ordering process for a new vehicle. All the staff are very welcoming, and I felt like a valued customer. I have mainly dealt with Richard who spent time going through the various options on the configurator with some suggestions for the final build. The test drive was organised and the vehicle was well presented and also a joy to drive. Nothing was too much trouble and in addition it was great to know that as part of the order process, they will arrange for a half day Porsche experience at Silverstone, so that you can see what the car is capable of. A great experience so for as part of the purchasing journey. Highly recommended

Just wanted to share the positive experience I had here. I was greeted at the centre by a young lady salesperson called Sana. She was informative and had a real understanding of exactly what it is I wanted to build. I ended up placing an order for a new Taycan Cross Turismo Turbo S there and then. The sales manager Howard also came over to introduce himself which was a nice touch. It was a pleasure doing business with you Sana and I look forward to the big unveil of my new motor.

My 718 Cayman T came in for its first service and retro fit cruise control, after a few complications with incorrect parts ordered I was contacted by Mark Cornwell who took charge of the work from start to finish with constant updates on the lengthy process. Mark stayed late on a Saturday to personally hand the car over to me & also having a small part delivered to my house. I’m Very satisfied & would recommend Porsche Preston to anyone.

Highly impressive showroom, very down to earth staff that are always willing to help and go that extra mile to meet your needs. No high pressured sales tactics which can be really annoying and off putting when buying a new vehicle.
