Very happy with the purchase. They are professionals but in a friendly manner. They take the time to explain every single step and they don't push you into buying if you're not 100% settled on a car. Once you decide you wanna go ahead the process is quick and easy as they do the paperwork and help you till the car is on the road ready to go and after that if needed (warranty). Originally bought a Ford Focus from these guys 6 years ago, when they were just starting and were a very small outfit. The car served me well with no issues whatsoever. Hence, when I finally decided to sell the car, I approached these guys again. After understanding my driving needs they suggested a Toyota Prius for me and found me one with sun-roof (which is quite rare) and in a brilliant metallic blue colour with full service history. I did not hesitate to travel back to them from Birmingham once again. Although they have grown considerably bigger in past six years, I was amazed to see the same commitment and zeal towards providing excellent customer service and they had a selection of very good cars. I bought a 2005 Prius in June 2021 from Premier Cars. My old car was beyond repair and I wanted something in good condition, reliable, and for a limited budget. I also needed something low in tax and parking (my residents' parking permits are scaled for emissions, and ULEZ compliant, so an older Prius fit the bill. I'm based in London, but the local offers were mostly ex-cabs and the condition reflected that. This car was slightly high in the price range, but in very good condition, and matched what I was looking for - but it was in Lancashire and I didn't have time to travel. I have to say - I was very nervous about buying a car long distance and having it delivered without even seeing it or driving it. However, after calling them, discussing the car in detail and getting a gut feeling that I trusted them, I decided to buy it. And I kinda thought I was bit crazy for doing so. It was delivered very promptly, there were no issues with the sales service, and the condition was as stated - very good, with a couple of small bodywork scratches that they had previously disclosed to me. Having driven it for a few months and taken it through it's first MOT, I can say there have been no mechanical problems (the only MOT item was that the front tyres were getting worn, so I replaced them, and the rear ones will probably need replacing next year). So overall, I am very happy with them and would happily recommend them to others. I will also check them out when buying my next car. I'll add - I waited a few months before reviewing because I can't stand reviews that say they have had whatever item for 3 days and they don't really know whether there are any problems. I only leave a review if I think I am in a position to give honest feedback.

I got a good deal on my car, with a few things thrown in such as fresh mot, 1 year rac recovery (only £12 extra to upgrade this to the highest cover available) and 6 months warranty. There were a few minor issues with the car when I took it away, but they were fixed when I took the car back afterwards as promised. Slightly long wait times to get into the garage, but that's due to covid and high demand, no fault of theirs. Very happy customer 3 months down the line.

The MOT's need to be carried out once we get the car (to register as taxi) and not once have I had any issues encountered in the same.
