After visiting the Rybrook Volvo Preston showroom to initially see if any of the cars would be of interest to me and my husband, we returned a few weeks later having made a decision to buy a car from the showroom. We were pointed in the direction of Lee Campbell to help us find a suitable car. From the outset, Lee was professional, helpful and forthcoming in fulfilling all of our needs. He asked all the questions necessary to determine he knew exactly what we were looking for and ensured throughout the whole process that we were happy with the process. Although initially we were looking at a different model of a car, when we told Lee our budget, he immediately told us what would be most practical and beneficial for us and proceeded to give us numerous options of what cars were available to us within our budget. This helped us quickly find a car that met all our requirements as well as being within our budget. On the day of picking up the car, Lee was extremely efficient and had ensured everything was ready prior to our arrival to ensure there was no delay with completing the paperwork. He had ensured he had all the details ready for all the extra cover we had asked about. He made our experience fantastic. His aftercare has been absolutely great and he has ensured that we have been happy with everything from the minute we met him.

What can I honest say about this dealership?.. I booked my V60 in to have two punctured tyres and a cracked windscreen repaired - free of charge. I requested an appointment for the same day (within a few hours) and they managed to get me in. I was embrassingly 20mins late which was no problem at all. I arrived, professionally greeted by a very kind receptionist who guided me to the right place. My car and I was well taken care of from then on. I was welcomed to have a free coffee and snacks and welcomed to wait in their very comfortable "customer area" on their showroom floor. Very quickly afterwards my car was up on the ramps and I was welcomed into their IMMACULATE car workshop garage, where their very welcoming mechanics spoke to me about my vehiclee - even their mechanics were very happy and friendly which clearly says a LOT about this place 👍 Only one of the two tyres were repairable, which they did there and then (free of charge of course). I was given sound advice regarding the one tyre that could not be repaired. My windscreen could not be repaired, but I was also given sound advice - at no point were any pushy sales tactics trying to be made. They then offer to wash my car (externally) free of charge! - I kindly accepted 👌 Whilst I was at their dealership I browsed their showroom. Whilst doing so a very casual salesman approached me (I instantly made it clear to him that I was only here for the free repairs and not to buy a new car) who was very happy to talk to me about their past and current range of cars Not many things in life are true and genuine, but this place certainly is! Volvo = safety and top class service 1st!

The showroom and frontage are kept in order and are customer focused. Staff were quick to see to your needs. Cars to test drive were made available. Peter in the bodyshop at Rybrook Preston has done a wonderful job on request in updating and paint spraying both part of my Volvo S60 R Design's rear diffuser and the door mirror covers with colour changes to glossy black. The work was done rapidly and at a competitively reasonable cost. Peter also gave me some terrific advice on the refurbishment of my 2 tone diamond cut wheels which can be painted in one colour without any skimming. Along with his great cleaning tips for the plastic parts of my rear diffuser and other black trims. Many thanks.

I was popping in to just have a look at the cars which were available and a test drive to see if what I had been researching was what I really wanted, especially after having bad dealings with another dealership. I have to say the welcome was second to none, friendly and offering the advice that I needed. I did not expect this as I had just walked in off the street, with no booking. The showroom is immaculate, and everything is presented so well. Whilst there I wasn't badgered or coerced in any way. I ended up speaking to Stephen Little about a second hand XC40. Whilst looking into it, Stephen showed me that I could get a brand new car on the Volvo care subscription. The whole process was so easy and is a great deal. My V40 was booked in for a recall on the 24th of February. The day before we were told that they did not have the part required part! We were told they would contact us the following week to re-arrange the appointment. No one called us. I have now sent three e mails and actually did an internet 'conversation' with a real person who promised to pass on the complaint and get someone to contact me - once again nothing happened as of today!!! IF I was buying a new car or perhaps even paying for the part to be fit would they be so tardy? The problem with the car is that apparently they can overheat and burst into flames!!! What happens if it does that tomorrow or the day after or the day after that? - When the Volvo franchise changed from Doves we were delighted BUT nothing seems to have changed. Still the same poor aftersales service. 28//2022 My review goes from 1 star to 5 star - after 4 weeks they finally got their act together and the job was done in 15 minutes!!!!

My wife and I went to Volvo Rybrook Preston to look at their SUV car range. We were interested in the Volvo XC40 / XC60 models and were met by Car Sales Executive Lee Campbell, who turned out to be the nicest person and a perfect gentleman! He let us sit in an XC40, and demonstrated the model, but we realised it would be too small for our purpose, so we set our sights on an XC60. At that point we were joined by the Used Car Sales Manager Lee Allen, who was equally as nice and just an absolute delight to deal with. Between them they showed us three XC60 models, all of which had different specifications, but none of which were right for us! At no point did either young man put any pressure on us, and neither did they use any high powered sales tactics! Reluctantly we left, but with the promise from Lee that he would be in touch if he could source any other vehicle for us. The following morning Lee Allen phoned to say that he had the perfect car for us, a Volvo XC60, only 8 months old, very low mileage and although slightly more than we originally planned to spend, it had all the right specifications and requirements! We returned to the showroom, we saw Lee Campbell again and a deal was done! We bought the car and we could not be more delighted with our purchase! I cannot thank Lee Campbell and Lee Allen enough, two absolutely top guys, lovely to deal with, and both with a wicked sense of humour! We had the most amazing two days, looking at cars and finally buying our car, and the whole experience was down to the wonderful professionalism of these two men! Thank you once again Lee and Lee!

I chose the Volvo I wanted and looked through the stock and options, guided the whole way by Jason. We worked out a deal and I bought the car. No high pressure sales and great value.
