A five star experience all round. I've left writing this review until my 3month warranty expired, in case there had been any issues...there has not been! Adrian was polite and professional through the whole experience. In fact this has reinstalled my faith in second hand car dealerships. The price was very fair, a little below market value and when I had my mechanic check the vehicle out, he was very impressed. (The vehicle is almost 12 years old). What sealed this as a good experience for me was Adrian's last comments 'take are of this and I'd have it back off you in a year. I want your return business. Any problems let me know'. Last November I bought a jeep and had a problem with the engine light they changed a oil censer even though it was out of warranty I'm still having problems with the engine light and they still offer help and offers to fix it but the light is intermittent it comes on and goes off. John at Rydal motors has been great offering help and support to get it fixed would definitely recommend Rydal and when the time comes to change my car I will definitely look at there stock and John is going to send the service history as promised hi John the problem with the engine light it's a fault in the diesel filler the flap sticks and the light comes on its a brilliant car just gone through MOT no problem and the finance company have just emailed me to see if I want to upgrade but I'm happy with the jeep thanks again John

I had an excellent experience with Rydal Motors - I had seen a car that I liked and wanted to buy. I lived some distance away and so had to visit on the train to pick it up. I contacted Adrian ahead of time and he offered to pick me up from the train station (above and beyond). This was very useful for me as I didn't know the area and of course it was raining on the day! On arrival in Preston I gave them a call and due to road works and busy time of day I walked down the road to a pre-arranged location and was collected by Gary, Adrian's colleague. On arrival at the garage, I was greeted by Adrian who gave me the keys to the car and gave me all the time to check it over before he sorted out all my paperwork and tax etc. This was a very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend them to any future prospective purchaser. Bought a car through a third party but with rydal motors. As they give a 3 month warranty with all cars bought from them I was quite reassured. When my cooling fan stopped working they were second to none with a quick response and helping me get it sorted even though I live 40 miles away. Adrian honoured their warranty and has great customer service so I would definitely recommend buying a car from Rydal Motors.

Visited yesterday and was looking at a gorgeous car. The dealer came out and answered any questions we had, but half way through went to care for another family and we never saw him or his partner again. Also one of the cars I was interested in looking at, had a completely flat front tyre and had clearly been left sitting as had cobwebs and even spider egg sacks all over it. Seemed like cars around the front well maintained, cars around the back forgotten about.

My son bought a Seat Mii in January. Didn't start day after but charged battery after chatting with Adrian and all seemed well. In march it again started playing up and not starting and after talking to Adrian took it back to be sorted. It turned out to be a problem with an earthing lead and ignition switch, which Adrian and his very patient auto electrician sorted out. This was excellent customer service as lesser garages would probably fobbed me off' Would definitely buy from Rydal motors again. And thanks again Adrian.

Their full team from the manager to the office staff and even the gentleman washing the cars , were all so polite and helpful. They even sorted all my paperwork out from title deeds to tax and also extending an existing MOT for me, preparation work on the car, so it would be ready with any work needing to be done at no cost to me. Brilliant service. John is always calm and reassuring on the phone when talking to him and so are the whole team too. Their staff even drove out to me to assist me when I was unsure about some technical key fuelling access I when I drove away after purchasing the vehicle . Great backup support. All their team are good communicators and they don't leave you hanging on the phone, but very much the opposite , they deal with your queries straight away and have solutions to your queries and answers to your question which are accurate direct and useful, which all in all make for a smooth , confident purchase

I have had any cause for complaint and will continue to return whenever myself or my wife fancy a new car.
