Rang Andy on Tuesday engine warning light on.he fitted us in to look that day excellent as I gave him short opening ie needed car back by Thursday night as going on holiday. We bought a transporter from here and around 10 months later the airbag warning light came on. The van is still in warranty so this should’ve been a free repair. My wife took the van in and this is where it’s gone sour for us. She found her interaction with the service manager incredibly patronising, condescending, negative and unhelpful. He gave us back the van after doing a health check which was somehow passed without fixing the fault, and told us that the we’d no chance to get it fixed before the warranty ran out. We’ve since taken the van to our local mechanic who properly identified the fault and sorted it out for us. We love the van we bought, the sale was a smooth and generally good process, but we won’t be using their service department again as every occasion we have has been a disappointing experience.

Engine management issue. Dealership was very busy but Keith managed to fit me in and resolve the problem within the day. VW dealer customer service nationwide can often be quite patchy but the service team at Swansway Preston are always consistent and customer focussed.

Absolutely 1st class service. Vehicle failed its MOT elsewhere, they couldn't repair it so we gave it to VW unannounced. 10 days later, with parts on back order, the job is completed. Mark and Keith are excellent and a credit to Swansway.

What a great team! Our van had to be brought here after we broke down on our way to a holiday in the Lake District. Needed a whole new fuel system. Think we spoke to most the technicians over the course of the week and a half. All so lovely and helping to reassure us. It was disappointing to miss our holiday but so heartwarming that there are such nice people around to help even when you're away from home. 100% better than our local VW garages who have done their best to put us off VW but these guys have rebuilt our faith in the brand. What great service. All covered under warranty - even a great hire car. If we ever need a VW garage again we'll actually come back here while visiting relatives rather than use our local garage.

My Caddy developed a coolant leak over the weekend, I called in first thing Monday morning on speck with no appointment. The service team diagnosed the fault very quickly and I was told if I left it they would fix it that day. I was messaged at 3pm to say the vehicle was ready. I have to say buying my VW T6 LWB Kombi Highline was a very good experience at Volkswagen Van Centre, Lancashire. The sales team are very attentive, I dealt with mainly Dave Knowles and throughout the sale process he kept me fully informed with delivery of my van. He gave me a very friendly and personal service with the purchase. When I collected, the van looked fantastic and was fully valeted to an excellent standard. The aftersales team also have also been excellent, I dealt with Mark Holderness, my van had to go back for a small warranty issue, it was rectified quickly and efficiently, with a higher spec. van given as a courtesy vehicle, overall very impressed with the service I received, and would recommend them for your next commercial vehicle purchase. The paint on the top of my front spoiler on my California had started to show signs of bubbling. The Van is within warranty and VW Lancashire Van Centre Lancashire were excellent. They organised for it to be taken to their VW approved body shop in Wigan for the work to be completed. The California was away for 5 days and on return the work carried out was excellent. V V C Lancashire supplied it when it was new, and could not have been more helpful even down to supplying me with a new set of number plates,which once i had paid were done in less than fifteen minutes and handed to me to take away How very different to Stratstone.when we changed My Wife's car she bought a private plate and wanted to buy new plates from Stratstone with her new registration on,only to be told under no circumstances would they supply the plate without them fitting it They wanted £90.00 to supply and fit a number plate costing £16.20 P I can only say the thoroughly professional way i was treated by Rob Blundell in the parts department puts Stratstone to shame and i will return for any parts i need in the future and it goes without saying when we change my Wife's car we will not be visiting Stratstone to see what they have Keep up the good work V V C Lancs
