I couldn't recommend BFC enough, brilliant customer service from Johan & Dominic. Johan genuinely went out of his way to ensure we were able to drive away in the car we loved. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. I have now purchased two cars from Johan and I am sure I will be back in the future for the third time. Dominic was so helpful when we arrived two weeks ago and if it wasn't for his suggestions and advice we wouldn't have driven away in the car we did. He came across so friendly and approachable and made our whole experience brilliant. They're both a great asset to the company!

Outstanding Service again from the team at BFC. I must say from the application right through to collecting the car I choosen (2nd car) the service was fantastic. The team are polite, easy to talk to, have answers to your questions (if any, and I had a few about my second car from them) and finally are really there to help. The vehicle was in prestine condition, clean and tidy and the price was very fair. Happy with my new car Myself and my wife decided to look at a new car secondhand , this was an impulse purchase on our behalf so we had a lot to discuss and what I found most excellent with Ollie the salesperson that sold us the car he gave us the space to discuss our purchase and did not pressurise us in the sale of the car ,he also let us have a good Long test drive with the car to make sure we were happy with it . We purchased the car on the Saturday and collected it by Thursday it was a straightforward process , I would highly recommend crays pond garage where I purchased the car I would give it a 5 stars

Gavin is a great guy! I've had our Ford Focus (on finance) for over a year now and it is still doing me proud. I needed some work carried out on the power steering as there was a leak (due to wear and tear) and Gavin very kindly sorted a courtesy car for me and allowed me to pay for the work monthly along with my current finance agreement!

First of all I'd like to praise the garage for getting me finance very quickly and taking my car as part exchange all was fine looking round my new car whilst the aa man was doing his checks until he advised me the rear bumper needed changing and the air-con needed sorting but other than that he said it was a great little car .1 week later I collected the car giving them more than enough time to sort the issues out only to find when I'd picked the car up and drove it home two of the tyres where perished and kept going flat the rear bumper was painted in the wrong colour of black the air-con still didn't work rear brakes where corroded and grinding front disks and pads low limit fag lighter didn't work and still doesn't door seal rubber pealing away and coming off wheel arch linings falling down onto tyre and no working locking wheel nut key to get the wheels off and only one basic car key rather than the flip key one with central locking buttons.after notifying the garage they did offer me a courtesy car and said they would fix the issues and had the car for a further week now having the car back for one day the news brakes have been fitted but they haven't needed the brakes and I now have to pump the peddle whilst slowing down also fag light still not been replaced . It's a 120 round trip to keep bringing the car back and I'm at the point of feeling embarrassed as this car was riddle with problems so either your aa needs to be fired or get his ears cleaned out when he is road testing cars as there is now way I should of had to keep driving back and fourth getting things fixed when it should of been done in the first place and as for the cars being serviced I just checked the oil and it is thick black sludge you can't honestly tell me that's been replaced in the last 2 weeks . I'd like to think I could use your garage again your car sales is perfect but your service department seriously needs looking at as you seem to have young kids in there working on cars kind regards Alan

Bought fiat 500l in January had trouble from the start electric window didn't work it took 2 weeks to fix then the stop start didn't work was told a lot of bs about weather conditions found it was the battery which was changed now love the car
