I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from here. I called ahead to check it was still available, then arranged a time to meet and have a look at it. Before I arrived, the car was moved to the front of the lot to make it easier to inspect (and get out for a test drive). The car was perfect: there were no faults, and everything worked! I wasn't able to pick the car up that day, but placed a deposit and came back to pick it up 2 days later. When I returned, the dealership had not only done a full MOT, they had replaced all 4 wheels (plus the space saver). Throughout the transaction, the staff at the dealership seemed knowledgeable, patient and courteous, and so I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I have used this garage for several years mainly for MOT inspections on 2 cars. I have always found them well organised, fair and good value. They cleaned and serviced our air conditioning which was particularly smelly, we were pleased with the results.

Have been using Car Contacts for MOTs on two cars for several years now. Good honest advise has always been given and when minor repairs have been needed they have always done a prompt job at a good price. The staff are friendly and there is a comfortable seating area if you want to wait whilst your car is in. (very useful in the winter). The online booking system I find really useful and they generally are ready when you arrive so you are not left hanging around unnecessarily. I would recommend for the services I have used. I have not had major works done by them or bought a car from them so cannot review these services, but judging from what I have experienced I would foresee no problem.

Used this place for my yearly MOT for the past 5 years. Always liked the email reminder telling you it’s due. Review edited after a telephone call from Car contacts to explain the situation after my online booking failed. Will try again next year as this is the first time i've had an issue.

I brought my car from car contacts last May. I had wonderful personal service from the team there. I have a service plan which allows me to have a free car wash for as long as I have the plan and car. I always get the day and time I want for the car wash. You are always offered tea /coffees when there and nothing is too much trouble. Staff actually talk to you about your day and how it's going. And they listen to you which is really important.The staff are really friendly and helpful. I recommended my Son to buy a car from them and he too was pleased with the service he got.

I have used car contacts for about 3 years now and never had any issues. My MOT and service is usually carried out by them. I have a BMW 520 D MSport and the main dealership was à complete rip off. I can see some people have had a bad experience but I can only speak for myself. I have not had any issues what so ever. I did my last full service and MOT which cost me £203 or there abouts. That meant a full change of all The filters including fuel filter. I sat there in The office during all The work and hopefully will be back again next year for my MOT and service. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because of parking problems. The parking can be a night mare sometimes.

I have used car contact for over three years. They have always been efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. As a regular customer they have occasionally done very small jobs with out charge. In particular they keep our old ford focus going until nearly its twelfth birthday and it was still running well when we sold it.

Have used car contracts for a couples of years now for MOT and some servicing to pass its MOT. Have found them to be friendly and I like the fact that you can just sit and wait on the office sofa and watch sport on the telly whilst they do your MOT. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was last time when I needed work to pass the MOT they quoted one price but it practically doubled when I came to pay, for no reason, I should have felt braver and queried it at the time so I own part of the blame but it disappointed me a little nonetheless. Still I would try them again.

After being let down by a well known dealer I took my car over Christmas at short notice to Car Contacts to ask them to check an oil leak because I was intending to drive to Scotland and I didn't want to drive there with this problem. They found out what the problem was very quickly and stopped the leak, all the staff were very helpful and courteous and I would gladly go back anytime and recommended anyone else to do so.

I booked my MOT online and got an email and a phone call to confirm. When I took the car in I got a warm welcome and was offered a coffee. The staff and I had a good chat and before I knew it my car was done. My car needed two bulbs which they fitted for me with no labour charge added to the bill. Will defiantly use again!
