They were accommodating that we would be slightly late for our test drive appointment and took us on a very good driving test of both the cars we were interested in. V.I want to share my experience with Citygate SEAT Reading and the excellent customer service provided by Nikki. Last November I decided to bite the bullet and to buy a new car. After reading reviews about SEAT Arona, I visited Citygate SEAT Reading where I was met by Nikki. I wanted to see Arona, but at that time it was a bit challenging to get hold of the recently released new version of Arona and they did not have any available to show me let alone to drive. However Nikki left no stone unturned and she managed to get hold of new Arona for me. After the test drive I put the deposit towards the car and we sorted initial paperwork. Since then I have probably called Nikki more than any other customer of SEAT :) I must admit I am not easy to please and since it was my first time buying a new car I had a lot of questions. But Nikki was always patient with me and answered all my questions honestly and proactively. Thanks to her I had the most pleasant experience of buying the new car. Importantly I know that at any time I can call back to Citygate SEAT Reading and I will always get someone friendly and professional who will help me with every query or problem I may get.
