Really positive experience buying a new car here. We previously looked at some other dealerships, who were frankly disinterested and arrogant. A great dealership to deal with, I live in Norfolk and found a vehicle on line which I was interested in along with a couple of others from other dealerships. Not only did I receive a prompt reply from their salesperson Lloyd but I was treated to first class service throughout and although it was a trek to get to Reading it was worthwhile for the deal which was brokered. Would 100% recommend! From the first phone call the service was attentive and Ashley and Tim both worked incredibly hard from the off to get me a deal put together on the car I wanted. Nothing was too much of an ask, phone calls were returned promptly, extra products were talked through and if I didn’t want to take them there was no pushing or hard sell. On collection day the car was ready, handover was done efficiently and the car was perfectly prepared. Everything was just so effortless, exactly as picking up a nearly new car should be! I retrofit extras to Skoda’s and every one of my customers who bought their cars from Marshall’s told me to call them when I was looking to change and they were right to recommend them. If you are looking for a Skoda, do not hesitate to call them.

Just arrived home after collecting our new Kodiaq from Marshall Skoda in Reading. Our contact throughout the process from initially obtaining our quote to ordering and collection of the car was Ian Parsons and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Because of the delay in build times, due Covid, of new Kodiaq's we decided to go with the closest model that ticked all our boxes that was already built which has saved us probably 3 or 4 months. Because we live 60+ miles away from the dealership and thanks to Covid restrictions, the entire process until collection was done remotely via phone and email. Ian was always very patient and friendly, he explained everything well and communication and updates were excellent throughout. I don't think I waited longer than an hour for any email responses and more often than not queries were responded to almost instantly. He even replied a couple of times out of hours. Collection and dropping off our trade in was all very straightforward and Covid friendly. Ian explained everything to do with the car and finance paperwork well and the whole process from driving onto the forecourt with our old car to leaving with the new one took just under an hour. Overall this has certainly been an excellent experience and the contrast between buying this car from Ian at Marshall and buying our last car from our local dealer in Horsham were world's apart. I genuinely can't fault Marshall in any way and will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Marshall Skoda Reading. I purchased a nearly new Superb and can not fault the buying experience. I was well looked after by Stefan and the team, with video walkthroughs of the car and the deal was concluded over phone / email. A seamless collection experience, even with a trade-in. Everything was prepared ahead of time and questions dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. I've had no need for after-sales service as the car has been perfect, but would not hesitate to recommend to those looking for a no-nonsense buying experience.

Purchased a used car from Marshall SKODA Reading, dealing with Ken Robinson. It was an entirely positive experience. Ken was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; a far cry from the days-of-old image of a spiv car salesperson.He kept me informed through the process of arranging to see and test-drive, the purchase, and the minor work they were performing on the vehicle we bought. He was very patient and accommodating to ensure that both my wife and I could try the car with a 3-month old baby in tow. He spend a good amount of time showing me through the details of the various features of the car systems when we collected to ensure I was happy that I understood how to do everything I would need to. We were trading in a different brand car and Ken even helped me transfer everything between the cars when we collected. I imagine a car purchase can be quite stressful but this was not in the slightest bit stressful and I was left feeling both sides had a fair deal on the transaction.

Tends to be quite slow with car service and MOT. Also quite expensive when require extra work and couple of times I used them for service the Tyres needed replacing but no tyres in stock. Good service on car clean though. Staff professional and do best with what got.

I’m from the North East of England and had to look further afield then just my home town, to find my dream car of a petrol Skoda Superb Estate. I managed to find this car at Marshall Skoda, Reading, and the very helpful member of staff I dealt with was Sam Kirby. With me being 260 miles away, Sam was informative and reassuring about the condition/spec of the car- so much so that I felt happy and comfortable enough to travel all the way down south on a one way train ticket, to buy the car based solely on Sam’s video’s, pictures and telephone conversations! Just drove away from Marshall Skoda Reading with our new purchase, a lovely used Karoq. We have been looking for a few months and this car fits the bill perfectly. Sam Kirby, who dealt with us, was very pleasant and curtious, the tea's and coffees were plentiful. He was also very informative, helping us out with a few added extras. I was originally looking at another brand but wanted to explore other options. We walked into Marshall Skoda in Reading and were greeted by Ryan. Although Ryan was new to the role, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. If he was unsure of anything, he didnt try and blag it, he would either ask a colleague or get in touch with me once he had found out. We explored some different models and specs and he helped me find a car that I am really pleased with. It was not an old school sales experience or trying to push the product on you but much more enjoyable and comfortable. Ryan liaised with me during the process well and the timescales advised were quite accurate. This is the second Skoda that I have had and both buying experiences have been good. I have had a couple of gripes with some manufacturing faults, however this has not changed my experience. Overall, very pleased
