Cannot fault the service I received! I dealt with a number of team members at the Reading retailer and all of them were excellent. Ollie was my first point of contact and he was been exemplar throughout. Any question I had, big or small, he answered. He took time to understand my needs in a car and to explain anything I didn’t understand. When I explained I didn’t have a lot of time to read through long emails, he made sure all the documents I received were clearly labelled as to what they referred to. I'm an owner of 10 year old Smart. Just got it for local commuting. Wanted to do a full service + a few additional bits, nothing complicated (change of coolant etc). I asked 3 times for quote over 1,5 week (2 times email, once phone call) branch in my local town - Newbury. No result. Eventually I got a quote from Mercedes Reading (same day received). Got it done there, absolute shame I had to go different town, but I appreciate Mercedes Reading for their service. I will definitely go back there.

Staff at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Stourbridge, where I bought my A Class from in Feb 22, need to learn how to look after the customer. Outstanding experience end to end dealing with Henry Sherlock for the purchase of three cars from this dealership. Worth taking the tyre and wheel insurance, I had a puncture in the second week of owning my car and the insurance paid up for the replacement tyre which more or less paid off the cost of the entire policy, highly recommended. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz Of Reading. I have a mercedes courtesy vehicle through a separate supplier which unfortunately the rear view mirror popped out of place randomly. I turned up unannounced at the Reading Branch and greeted by Tahir, who was friendly, welcoming and escorted me to the service department. Superb service provided by Mercedes Reading when purchasing my Marco Polo Campervan! Being a specialist vehicle, I did extensive research prior to placing an order and found that on the forums many owners were disappointed with the service the received from their dealers, especially during handover where owners stated that the dealers didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle and therefore were unable to show how basic functions of the campervan worked. Mercedes Reading were obviously aware of this and have employed a dedicated expert who owns one himself. I collected my new Mercedes Marco Polo campervan last week and received service which far exceeded my expectations. Kassam who dealt with the sale took time to show me all the standard controls then passed us over to Andy who spent several hours going through the finer details of the habitation area. He even brought his own camper and went through the accessories he considered useful. The whole purchase and collection went extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the dealership was a considerable distance away from me (i'm from Manchester), it was definitely well worth the trip and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
