I've been getting my current and previous cars and motorbikes(MOT only) looked after by the team at Transauto for many years and can't praise them enough. They have on several occasions gone above and beyond what you could reasonably expect of them to ensure that I was 100% happy with all the work done. Any old/worn parts removed are always available for inspection and the replacement brands are always either OEM or of a similar high quality and it's all done at a reasonable price. A very professional and trustworthy local garage. Many thanks.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership online. As it wasn't ready on the day promised, they provided us with a complimentary vehicle and then delivered our vehicle to us at a later date. This was a 250 mile trip for them. After a few days, we made the difficult decision to return the vehicle as it did not suit us (it was a manual and we really needed an automatic). They accepted the vehicle back without any issues and refunded us. Every aspect of their customer service was superb and we would not hesitate to recommend Transauto to anyone. Thanks to all the team for an absolutely great transaction from start to finish.

I bought a Honda CRV from Phil 14 months ago. Very happy with the deal with part exchange. I've had it serviced at a Honda garage, and it's all good. Recently went in because someone went in the back of me. Honda garage did their inspection and nothing needed except for the rear parking sensor that was damaged in the collision, so very happy with my purchase.

Purchased a well looked after VW Golf for around £3,000 - a great deal, including 6 months warranty. A few things went wrong - the kind of things that can't be foreseen. Drivers door Central locking module - around £200 + labour. Unusual VW NOX Sensor around £300 + labour. Missing locking nuts. All replaced without a fuss or any indication they were unhappy. Clearly didn't make money on that car but they honoured their commitment - no trying to wriggle out. 5 star attitude and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've serviced my Mokka here since 2016. Great service, they get the job done, on time and value for money however.....the customer relation is lacking. You walk in and are ignored for a few minutes, someone will come over to the desk and type away at the computer and walk away afterwards, no service. I once stood there for over 5 minutes just waiting to drop off the car for an MOT. Same thing on returning to pick it up. At first I thought it was a bad day for all but I've been there a few times over the last 4 years and not a single hello or "may I help you". I forced a "good morning" out of one chap the other morning and it was begrudgingly responded to without even a glance in my direction. Liven up a bit, chaps. Maybe a stereo with some happy radio station would do. Sadly, getting rid of the Mokka soon and may not be returning to them for services with the new car just yet but I would have liked to be on friendlier terms with a business I frequented so often. Ah well, that's life.
