Brilliant experience from start to finish. Ryan was fantastic and kept me informed every step of the way.
Initially fitted me in at short notice after some other VW dealers local to me were giving me a waiting list of 2-3 months. Couldn't diagnose the issue at first, very kindly did not charge. Took it back in when the same issue happened, Ryan got me booked in immediately the next day.
Thankfully the error codes came up that time and they were brilliant in keeping me fully informed of the issue & possible causes, costs of repair etc. The repair was carried out and car is now running true again !
They even let me keep the car there for a few extra days as I was away and unable to pick it up; this allowed them to get a couple extra test drives to be 100% as well as giving it a wash.
Brilliant customer service from start to finish, even when the issue was not obvious initially. Highly recommend Beadles VW, top class.

When I rang about my concerns about my handbrake, from call reception to technical liaison, I was made to feel that the customer care was genuine.
The car was booked in at short notice and dealt with expediently.
Communication was excellent.
Very good arrived early to book car in, took a seat in the waiting area shown tea & coffee to help my self while I waited was told car breaks would take an hour half to complete.
I was called over to pay balance outstanding for new front break, car was given a full health check cleaned and parked ready.
Over all experience was very good service well done.

Almost walked away as a grey haired sales person looked us up and down as if we didn't belong, needs to get into the real world. In the end glad we stayed, Amad is a smashing person and couldn't have been more helpful. Of course they are trying to sell you a car, but it didn't feel to hard of a sell. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their hot chocolate, but they need more cups 😉
Had the absolute best experience with Gary, he was extremely helpful in giving me as much information and support needed to make a well informed decision before buying my first car. Would highly recommend, his services was exceptional, he made sure I was comfortable and aware of all my options before choosing the finance plan that was best suited for me. Could not have asked for a better service. Honestly even my dad was impressed with how well he’s dealt with me especially because of the amount of questions and queries I had for him even after purchasing my car. Currently my dad is in the process of buying his next car with Gary himself purely based on how well Gary is at ensuring you’re offered the best deal.

Took my vehicle in for a service, spoke to Ryan who was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Gave me a call when my car was ready and received a video from the technician telling me what needs working on. On top of that got a free wash at the end! Great service will definitly be coming back.
Good service I was told they would call me when the parts were in true to their word they called me one day later
Told me to come early to drop my car so it could be done . Which I did but still waited 3 hours for my car and was told after that break fluid change needed to be done when I got my car . I don't understand why they just don't tell me when they where servicing my car . Ps I have only had the car 8 months so I don't understand why it needs changing as I bought the car from same place and they would have done these checks.
I was very happy with the whole experience given from booking my car for MOT and service right through to the execution. All very efficiently executed and on line with current pandemic guidelines. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient, the path of travel clear and concise. Not long after dropping my car off I was sent the video by the garage of the check being carried out. In these current times the experience was reassuring.
Great service, my only comment is the system doesn’t seem to work properly when approving recommended work. Apparently even though you submit your approval it takes a while to get through to the technician, by the time this happens he has started on another job and your car goes back in the queue. Steve looked after me and was friendly, happy and professional. Well done guys.
Always a great service and friendly staff. The check in and check out process during this time of covid lockdown was easy and quick. The communication of the servicing of my car was brilliant, I love the videos we get. I went to pick my car up end of the day and got caught in traffic. The staff called up and waited until I arrived. Of course the VW cars are awesome too!!! Very happy with them.
The colleagues were bright and friendly. We had a phone call when the car was ready for collection. The invoice was explained in clear and easy to understand terms. Every thing had been done to make the place as safe as possible due to the covid outbreak.

Good customer service. Very organised regarding the virus. Everyone wore masks and people who weren’t wearing them were told to wear them unless they were medically exempt. Great special awareness. Overall a very good experience. I’ve never had problems with VW and I’ve been with them for 6 years.

I booked an Inspection for my car which had issues that my local mechanic couldn't resolve.
Excellent service from Ryan, genuinely polite and informative. My car was inspected/examined by Ray who was very attentive to my concerns and clearly very knowledgeable. Ray seemed like such an VW enthusiast it was a pleasure talking to him. My car was also washed and checked over and they helped identify and fix my issue.
They definitely exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend and will be back!
Fantastic service, brilliant staff. Was doing service while you wait on my Touareg, I was given a desk and access to WiFi so I could do my work in the meantime. Sue Who works in the technical team was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

He knew how stressful my day was and his compassion and care changed my mood entirely. He’s a real credit to VW. Additionally, the welcome received by Shane every time I visit is second to none. I got the full wheel alignment done. While booking for this job I was told that free health check and wash & vacuum will be done. I got some more work done which was advised. When went to pick the car I noticed the mats were not washed and boot was not vacuumed either. I asked the staff and he said neither we wash the mats nor vacuum the boot and I was thinking like what did you do. He said that’s all we do. I spent £450.00 on all the work. I believe they need to be very open and specific what wash and vacuum mean while booking customers. The work they done on my car that was very good.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dropped the car for a fault. They found the problem but was unable to offer a fix due to issues with parent VW company, not Beadles. Staff were very knowledgeable and I was able to get all the information needed for the fix later in the future and the car is driving fine without any issues. My car was washed and cleaned at the time of delivery. Will definitely recommend Beadles for service and repairs. Thank you..

Popped in after someone had driven into my car nearby. Lady and gentleman from the service team came and looked straight away without being a client. Excellent service so will go back for a routine service when due. It pays to give good friendly service .
Exelent service. I love the automated drop off system and the complimentary video health check. They even took the time to wash and hoover the car after.
In the two years since I bought a new car here the quality of the servicing department has dramatically improved. Great communication from the service advisers and work carried out promptly , car returned properly cleaned. I had a problem before a long journey and by phoning ahead they squeezed me in and sorted out the problem. Recommended.
Very rushed experience. Car was in and out in time, but had a very cold greeting from Lisa, no smile etc., and being told to hurry as she had 'another customer already waiting' leads me to want to take my car elsewhere. I asked her to take a look at a few concerns I had with the car, but she didn't seem to comprehend what I was asking (poor technical knowledge?), and seemed baffled why I hadn't mentioned them at time of booking.
The service provided was excellent all round. Deborah Giles was very attentive and helpful. she made sure that she took care of all of our needs and i will highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues.
What a fantastic customer service. Ryan Wyatt genuinely went above and beyond to keep me updated regularly with progress, so that I was comfortable with what was being done and there were no surprises when I came to collect. The technician, Martin, was always happy to answer any questions I had and explain why parts needed replacing as he worked through my very complex and time consuming repair. My car was returned having been thoroughly looked after.

Went in earlier this year to purchase a T-Roc, met Sarah-Jane Holland and honestly the whole process was a breeze! Lockdown did delay the delivery of the car but that was completely out of there control! I will definitely be going back when in a few years when we are looking for a new car, and I'll be asking for Sarah!
My VW Golf was booked in to have a part replaced as it kept getting an error code. I have been a customer for many years and would like to say I hope Sue never leaves as she is fantastic at her job and has known me for as long as I have been a customer.

I especially appreciated the video detailing the work done. That was a nice touch. The staff on site were also very helpful and polite. They didn't offer tea or biscuits for some reason! 😅 Not that this bothered me. I also like that there was sufficient parking. I've always found this to be a problem when visiting showrooms.

Service was fine, car had scratches on the front nearside. Reported to service department , no response for over 10days, rang them was told they are checking the cameras. Not happy at all.
My Tiguan display indicated an engine management fault 72 hours before I was due to undertake a journey of several hundred miles.
I contacted Wayne Franklin (Service Advisor) who immediately understood my predicament.
He promptly arranged a diagnostic check, which revealed a malfunction of one of the Glow Plugs. I left the vehicle at the dealership with a promise of full rectification by mid-morning the following day. Wayne telephoned me at 10 am the following morning with the news that the vehicle was "ready to go". Superb attentive service. Thank you and well done.
I came along on a Saturday afternoon, without an appointment, to check out a second hand car I'd seen on the website. I couldn't find the car (was on the roof) so had to wait an hour to see a salesperson. Quite comfortable to wait, plenty of free drinks. Never really got the impression that he wanted to sell me the car. If I wanted a test drive I'd have to leave a refundable deposit and come back in 4 days when the car had been tarted up and serviced.
Had a very pleasant time dealing with Inchcape, our sales advisor Rod looked after us very well over the few weeks that we were sorting out our new car. The aftercare service has been fantastic, with the minor problems that we have had been sorted out quickly and without any bureaucracy.
Definitely would recommend!
Very helpful staff, I went for a diagnostic on my car and the staff told me there has been a recall on this car for the same part I was having problem with. Was booked in for free repair and got the car back same day. Amazing :)
I have to say I had a pretty intricate problem about the MyVW app and registration. While the VW customer care number wasn't super helpful, Debbie and a few others at Beadles VW went out of there way to help especially on a Saturday. Definitely would recommend customer service-wise.
Service ok and waiting area ok. However 1) far too expensive; 2) don't give any extra for free-who cares about free video!; 3) car wash was not done properly, 4) could not be bothered to make a photocopy of the service book 1 page to complete it -no £18 for the book; 5) coffee .machine did not even work: at £246 a service this is not good value. I am unlikely to return .

I was greated by the vw representative. Everything regarding my service was explained to me. I was able to complete some work whilst waiting for my car to be completed. They provided free Wi-Fi with a decent speed which was great. Free tea and coffee was also a bonus.
My car was completed on time and returned to me having being washed and vacuumed.

We bought our new Golf R from Inchcape Romford Volkswagen a year ago and it was due for its first free oil change, which I took back to Romford. I chose to stay in the VW centre whilst the service took place, where there was free tea/coffee to help myself to. The service was completed in under 2 hours and included a free health check inspection as well as a courtesy car wash and hoover. My service advisor, Wayne Franklin, was attentive from first arrival to when I left, advising me when the oil change had been completed as well as when the car was being washed. Wayne was also happy to answer any questions I asked. As part of the service, the service engineer, Kevin Franklin, sent a video of the health check to me once completed there and then. I cannot fault Inchcape Romford Volkswagen for their attention to detail and the service level was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I was kept updated throughout the day and the team used a series of very helpful programmes (online real time reports, detailed videos) which ensured everything was clear and I had the context I needed to make any relevant decisions. MOT was booked in for 7.45am as I needed my car back within 2 hours. Received a video report direct to my phone within one hour which was helpful and informative, then an email detailing all needs on my car, a checklist of things which can be done for me and the cost, and my car was ready well within those 2 hours and cleaned and vaccumed aswell. Staff all very knowledgable, friendly and welcoming, throughly smooth process and I will continue to use inchcape at Romford as I have done for the past 10 years.

Recently purchased a new vehicle through the mobility scheme and the transaction from start to finish was amazing. We dealt with Sarah-Jane and she really went above and beyond answering all our queries and concerns (not with the car just general). She was able to source the car within 1 week of mobility approval knowing our situation which I really appreciated! On the day of collection she went through everything, setting up the app to the connection of the phone with the car etc. can’t recommend Sarah-Jane enough

Slightly disappointed that after two visits, requesting a member of staff from the mobility department, call my partner, regarding an update on a T-Roc order placed last year, as yet no one has called or contacted her.
I had a brilliant service at VW Romford recommended a friend again to call and to speak to Sarah-Jane. This wonderful lady gave time to research exactly what I needed, I felt comfortable, listened to in terms of budget and all my needs. Sarah-Jane gave a first class service, kept me updated, got me excited with smiles all day when time to collect my car. What also made be thankful was her warm approach with my children who she greeted, included in the conversations made them feel as excited as I was on our new venture for us to have a new car to enjoy together. It was a memorable moment collecting the car and Sarah-Jane handing over the car to us with happiness for us. I've had 6 cars through Motability all of which have required an adaptation & I can honestly say the service i received by her was the best I've experienced in over 20 yrs of motoring!
This is my second time purchasing a vehicle and this time around it wasn't as smooth as the first.
I got messed around with picking up my car when booked a time and upon collecting my vehicle, tyre pressures needed doing and also both set of keys battery needed replacing.
Then I found a chip on the windscreen of the car after a week or so and then we agreed I would get the money reimbursed and haven't heard anything from them.
Overall it was an average service and for the most part happy with the car

Always get my car serviced here and they have never let me down, each time I've received great customer service, and the staff are really nice. However, the prices of VW services have gone up quite significantly in recent months, although that's across all VW main dealers, nothing to do with just only the Romford branch.
Excellent dealership, everything is so easy to do be it book a service, diagnostic, courteous staff. I used to book in at VW Loughton which is an absolute shambles. I'm so glad i found VW Romford, they don't have issues with appointments, booking is online, and Dropoff is automated. Keep up the good work, you are now my go to local VW dealership.

Very friendly place. I do get the odd weird look but I don’t let it affect me like most would. I just try to make “the weird lookers” feel comfortable in my presence. Overall I’ve had great experiences in this establishment. 😉👍🏾
