Well I bought a car on finance from them after I had a bad experience with a different dealer and well I couldn't be happier. The service is amazing, they good honest people and have quick response times. They have also been helping me with my other dealer issues. Even though there were a few things needed fixing or tweaking on the car I was happy for them to do it and they were happy to do it. They listened to all my needs and were accommodating as well as offering me a courtesy car whilst they did mine. When you are buying a second hand car you cant expect perfection but as long it's close enough and the company is able to offer help and service then it's a win win. I'd recommend notley car centre to anyone. I am a very happy customer.

It came with a few minor adjustments to our liking, a brand new full service and full years MOT as well as a very affordable 15 month warranty for extra piece of mind. Recently purchased a Suzuki from BCC. Too early to tell if the car has any issues but nothing so far. The salesman came across as very genuine which in today's world is rare. Left to look around the car on our own with no hassle...test drove the car, again, on our own with no hassle. The experience of purchasing a car is often daunting as most people are not experts...was put at ease and the whole process was very unhurried. Would recommend.

Just purchased a vehicle from them, very pleased with the service they have provided. Ian the salesman went out of his way to ensure that the car was in tip top condition, would fully recommend and will be returning early part of next year to buy my wife's next car!! REVIEW UPDATE!! Had the car a week now and no one has a crystal ball, but yesterday the alternator on the car decided to pack up!! Oh No! you'd think, not in this case, the guys at Botley car centre were excellent! I returned the car, they gave me a courtesy car and replaced not only the alternator but the battery as well!! After a very unpleasant experience at a car supermarket we went along to see Ian at Botley car sales which turned out to be a much better experience - we saw a car we liked and he gave us the keys and totally left us to our own devices no hard sell or lies needless to say we bought the car and we're very pleased with it. The car had 6 months MOT but Ian insisted on getting a full year before we collected it - can't ask for more than that. We highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again. This was the most pleasant way to buy a car. The salesperson (Ian) was very accommodating and did anything within his power to make the whole purchase as easy and smooth as possible. We had the car a couple of weeks and had a small list of silly things that needed looking at and there was no quibbles with anything. I bought a car from from Botley car centre not so long ago. I live on the Isle of Wight and with the company based in Southampton, logistically I had issues. The friendly and helpful salesman (Ian) put all my fears to rest. Describing in detail all about The vehicle and it's history. Along with making sure all my little issues I potentially had with the car, were addressed with a full vehicle check over and PDI. They were also kind enough to pick me up from the local ferry terminal to test drive and drop me back if I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle at no cost to myself. I wasnt disappointed in the slightest. Was exactly what i wanted, drove as it should have and was exactly as described over the phone. The 2 year warranty just sweetened the deal. I would highly recommend this company. They're a close knit family owned, freindly and courteous crew who want to look after You, the customer. Keep up the good work guys

Bought a Jaguar XJ from these guys a few weeks ago, they really knew what they were talking about and were super friendly. Test drove the car between the two lots they have (On either side of the Botley Grange Hotel) , let me see all the paperwork and peruse at my leisure. Walked around the car before signing anything to point out issues, all really minor stuff (Polish headlights, missing dust cap etc), they got them all sorted and even polished off a scratch then and there. Fresh MOT with the car after agreements, all the work was done and had been valeted. Showed me the HPI check and history of the car, and even put £30 fuel in it! Had a slight issue with the car - ABS fault light came on - called them up as they give you a 6 month warranty with your car, immediate reaction was to bring it in and I'd get a courtesy car while they looked at it. Was told that if I have any other issues, just to give them a call and they'd sort it out. Will be recommending to friends and family, and should I ever want to buy another 2nd hand car I'll check here first.
