This was a big surprise for me as my experiences on having a car on finance is a slow tedious frustrating palaver however carzoopa has got rid if the pain and made the process so simple. The car was exactly what I need and the service was exemplary. Liam from the Southampton part made everything very clear and simple to understand with no hidden agenda. I apply on the Monday and collected the car on the Wednesday. Full new MOT and full service free of charge. PLUS half a tank of fuel but I think that was just luck on my part. I stood around no longer than 5 minutes and in that time I had 4 people come out and ask me if I was OK with 2 of them asking me if I would like a drink. Just exellent service and you can even go back half way through your finance time and upgrade your car. Thank you Liam for a job well done and thank you than Southampton for looking after me.

On a whim...i applied to an ad on Facebook for car finance with Carzoopa, and from start to finish, it was so easy and i give special thanks to Ed, who went above and beyond to help with everything, we had a slight hiccup that mant my car wasn't ready for collection, he immediately sorted a courtesy car the same afternoon, and as a good will gesture, added 6 months to my warranty whe i collected my car a couple days later. Was very happy initally about collecting our car. The car itself was in really good condition. The test drive was smooth and no problems. The valet could have been better as there was dog hairs in the boot still, but found a couple of lighters, some plastic drinking cups inside one area and the car did smell somewhat of dog!! However:- The overall experience would have been a 5 star if these things had of been addressed. However the customer service and customer care was fantastic. The only thing was I had no way of getting my car tax sorted. So had a long trip home without car tax which was not what I had in mind. However luckily I got home safe and with no problems. Having a log book or a green slip would have made the experience a lot less stressful. Hopefully in a year and half when we change our car these 2 issues will have been addressed. Thanks Carzoopa for a car I never thought I would even be able to get, as our old car was still in the garage. It was all good in the end & I came home with a later model 7 seater car for our big family. Lake District Holiday this year, here we come. Happy Days 😁

I would definitely recommend Carzoopa if you are looking to get car finance and especially if you have a lower credit score! It was so simple from enquiring to driving away. I filled out the online form which took just a few minutes and had a call from Nick the same day, there was never any pressure to follow through with my application and Nick’s experience and knowledge is what helped the process to be even easier. I just let him know my price range and the sort of car I was after, he sent me over some cars that were in that price range and matched what I was after and once I had made my choice he went off to get me the best deal he could on that car. With in the same day I was ready to sign the documentation and collect the car. I never thought I could get finance on a car and even if I did I thought I would have to have a guarantor or have a ridiculously high APR but these guys proved other wise! I would highly recommend Nick as he has bags of knowledge, is very patient with explaining how it all works and in general a top bloke. 5/5 from me and I will definitely be back in future.

OK...so we had a bumpy start, the communication was good, there was a delay in getting my car so Liam and Philip delivered it to my home address, I was happy so far until I saw the sate of the car...simplist words to describe it it was in $h!t state, and to be told that it had been "valeted" when it hadn't been, After discussing my options Phillip offered to pay for the clean, which wasn't a problem, the key that came with the car was in bad state of repair and it came with without a parcel shelf, I wasn't impressed with it, however Nick (Customer Relations) and I spoke over the phone the next day and I shared my disappointment, he then offered to rectify everything including an extending warranty and then trade price there after, all in all the communication with Danielle and Nick @Carzoopa was bang on. They always kept me in the loop and completed everything they set out to do including a new key, a parcel shelf and cost of cleaning being covered. With car coming from a dealership I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness especially with the Covid Pandemic. This is no way a negative review I'd say more of a positive negative one. (Hence the 4 Stars) overall im satisfied.

Applied here, within 2 hours I was signing my agreement for my new car! It was quick easy and simple! Had a great deal on the car and it was within my budget. Only downside would of been the drive to Southampton from Cornwall, only to be turned away and sent home because the car wasn't ready, which then the courtesy car broke down, to be given another one that the tyre blew out on! It was stressful and the tyre left to me to fix and organise. Obviously this was put of their hands but not good for 2 courtesy cars. Overall it was a good quick service, had nothing gone wrong I would of been in my car within 3 days! I'm happy with my choice, thanks :)

Which we were a bit gutted about but when we brought it up with him he arranged for it to be fixed the following week and I was given a lovely courtesy car while it was being fixed. He even went the extra mile and sorted a warranty at any garage across the country as I live nearly two hours away from the garage.
