The owner, Justin, was advertising a 2008 Vauxhall Meriva for sale. I had been looking for one for some time......... This one was very low mileage and a very, high spec. I went down to look at the car and was very impressed with its condition. When we started the engine, it made a strange noise, but only once, from cold.... Justin and I agreed that we thought it was the starter motor. Justin didn't hesitate and fitted a new starter motor later that day. I road tested the car afterwards. The noise had gone completely and the car drove beautifully in all respects. It was in lovely condition and had obviously been well looked after by its previous owner. It also had complete, concise Vauxhall main Dealer service history from new. I didn't hesitate and bought it on the spot. Justin was very kind and let me collect the car in the early evening, as I had to get a lift down to his premises to collect it. Justin arranged the road fund licence on the Internet for me and also the change of ownership on the V5 registration document. I have had the car a few weeks now and am extremely pleased with it. Justin was a great guy to deal with and I would definitely buy another car from him again. Really good old fashioned customer service. You don't find that very often nowadays. As a young 25 year old girl, and a complete novice when it comes to buying cars I had my reservations and was wary about being ripped off! After meeting with this particular seller, I instantly knew he was honest and wasn't trying to pull a fast one, he wasn't pushy and allowed me plenty of time to make a decision, he was patient and went through all the paperwork with me, I felt comfortable asking questions and he gave me upfront honest answers. My car has been perfect since I purchased it and great for a quick run around for me! Would highly recommend - happy customer!

Seller was extremely helpful and courteous. I didn’t end up buying from him this time (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) as I unfortunately couldn’t raise the required funds but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him in the future.
