I have used this business twice now, and on both occasions the service has been very professional. I have dealt with Mike on both occasions, and he has been brilliant on both of my visits. On the 2nd occasion he not only sourced the car to fit my needs, he also: !) Put the car through it's MOT, 2) Had the car serviced and valeted; and 3) Filled the car up with fuel He did all this before I had even 100% committed to buying the car. This level of service is much more than you would reasonably expect given that I wasn't 100% sure to buy the car. In summary, would I recommend this business? The answer is undoubtedly YES! Great dealer with 5 star service Purchase my mum Kia from us today. the driver who collected was very professional and polite came in uniform also employed by the firm. So not just any collection driver. Agree to 7am collection and came on time 15mins earlier. All the way from Southampton and we are based in Derby. So 3 hours trip. was very impressed with that. I bought my fiat 500 from this garage and I would now always purchase my cars from Mike in the future. They made me feel comfortable and welcoming and there was no force sale. I noticed that the lock wasn’t working on the car and he got this sorted for me at a time that’s best for me and it was all done within a couple of days. I made contact during lockdown though the website and Kalam was very accommodating and informative with photos and information provided once they had reopened. I traveled from Cornwall to purchase the car, which at first I was hesitant about but after seeing the car there was no need for me to be hesitant. The car was exactly as described and even better than in the photos! I was also very impressed with there attitude towards COVID-19 and social distancing. They are helpful, friendly guys but just another seller. The warranty they offer was useless in my case. They expect me to leave the car for over night, even tough it supposed to be a 5 minutes job, and I called to book in a slot when I arrived they had it test drive and they wanted me to take back the car a week later because the ramp was full despite the booking., Of course the mechanic is not on the weekend. - get a warranty for £300 and get them sell you the car cheaper so you can cover your expenses
