Magna Mazda Southampton. I know their cars are prepared to a high standard. When Sam understood what I was looking for he took time to explain how the car would fit my needs. His understanding of the features of the car was excellent. All my questions re car and purchase were answered with good knowledge and explanations. Plus this is second car I've bought and have had excellent service from Sam and the after sales team before. So didn't hesitate to trust them with my purchase again.

Had a full service and MOT today and had nothing but exceptional service from start to finish. It's rare nowadays you go to a place where every single member of staff goes above and beyond and the whole team made me feel incredibly looked after as a customer. Special shout out to Andrew and Nick! I was giving a lift home, a courtesy car in the afternoon and my 2 year old had a special chocolate treat so she was happy too! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We are so pleased we went to Magna Mazda for our last two cars. They are always friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressurised in buying a car or all the add ons that some garages insist on selling you. The after care service is good and they always collect our car from home to take for its annual service. They offered a good price on my car, unlike some the garages we visited. I had a engine warning light come on whilst travelling from Nottingham to Portsmouth,I rang Portsmouth mazda up asking the question if they could just plug it in to see if continued driving would damage it,I was told too busy can't do anything for you so rang magna Southampton WOW what a difference,they too were busy but said bring it in to find the problem,They had the part I needed & even though they were busy it was fixed,when I need a new mazda I will buy a car from them & advise anyone who needs a new car visit them,I'm from Nottingham & if they did that for me imagine what service you will receive from that area,Thank-you

I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary by buying her a Mazda 3. The idea was quite challenging considering the fact that she was based in Newcastle. But guys in Magna Mazda Southampton did a great job. Everything was handled and managed brilliantly by the guys, from the registering and preparing the car and even getting the ribbons as per my prefered color by Mark to driving from Southampton to Newcastle on the dawn of our anniversary and delivering it on time by James in Newcastle. These guys would do anything within their capabilities to make their customers happy. A very big thank you to all of them.

I had a great experience at Magna Mazda Southampton because Matt (Branch Manager), via e-mail, was initially very prompt and professional in his dealings with me. On visiting the showroom in person I then met Sam (Greenman) who was key in me making the decision of purchasing a Mazda CX-30. Sam was very attentive, courteous and had a relaxed persona that allowed initial good rapport and strengthening of the customer relationship as discussions progressed. His product knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Mazda were also to the fore and deemed impressive, where he helped with and explained the whole purchasing / financing process for me. Having worked in a customer service arena for nearly forty years, where 'service' was always my personal number one priority, I have to say that my whole experience was just.....perfect!

Convenient on line service booking, helpful staff and costs are very reasonable with all the benefits associated with a main dealer.
