S. M.My motor home recently required significant remedial work. The technical skill and expertise in completing the work was faultless, and to top it off, the guys gave the motor home a complementary wash so it was positively gleaming when ready to go home. I have been relying on this strong cohesive team since 2016 whom I have come to trust, and who without exception, are consistently professional, friendly, communicate extremely well, and deliver what they set out to achieve. Their customer care is outstanding, and I have no hesitation in recommending the service they offer.
J. S.At a time of extreme stress with an upcoming holiday the Marquis team identified and remedied a fault for us the same day. Super service and friendly and efficient team. We will return for regular servicing of our camper.
S. B.Yesterday we bought a caravan from Marquis Guildford. Jamie Sax was so helpful from the start and even had another van brought over from Exeter for us to look at. Very efficient, nice and never pushy.

L.We purchased a new Swift Bessacarr in 2014 there were at least 18 faults but to Marquis’s credit we were dealt with in a very efficient manner more than can be said Swift who gave us terrible Customer Service, it was only The service Staff at Marquis in Southampton that bent over backwards to help resolve the problems and in our opinion they went beyond what they needed to. For this reason we continue to use them. I think people buying Motorhomes need to appreciate that a modern Motorhome is quite a complex piece of equipment.
Yes sometimes they do not always phone you back immediately but I think on the whole they are let down by the manufacturer. And to my certain knowledge most other dealerships are the same.
