Professional treatment, staff put fuel into car for test drive and were looking around the car while I was viewing it rather than sloping off like some car sales garages. Bought the car but After collection I noticed a lumpy idle and phoned Ted at ML cars, he told me to drop the car over and he would get it looked at. Got it tested turned out to be glow plugs and relay module. Ted kept me informed of the repair process daily, which was carried out at their expense. Just collected car today very happy, cannot recommend garage enough. Really nice guys

S. S.Both my wife and I have purchased cars from Ted and they have always been competitively priced and well presented. They have a small selection of cars, but always have something for everyone, be it a large family SUV or a small car for a first time driver. Their workshop is quite large and well staffed with highly professional mechanics/technicians who are able to service all makes and models of vehicles to a high standard; they also provide courtesy cars to keep you going while yours is being worked on. I bought several non-standard parts for my car to customise it a little and Andy did a first rate job of fitting them, even though the instructions provided were less than helpful. Everyone knows that when you find a good garage you stick with it, so we don't go anywhere else now. We recommend ML Cars and rate them 100%/5 Stars

R. P.Having hit a pothole on my journey to Northumberland, I decided to seek professional help. Unfortunately, due to time constraints they were unable to help me, but recommended that I get it looked at upon returning home.
I called my friend Gary, at Botley Commercials and he advised MLCars.
They were excellent at resolving the problem, kept me informed at every step of the way. Unfortunately, the damage was far worse than I expected and subsequently the bill reflected this.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great service, top quality work...Oh...and a beautiful little puppy who greets you like a long lost friend.

R. S.Ted (who runs ML Cars) is always very helpful, and not expensive. My 10 year old Mondeo broke down on Friday night. They came out to collect (20+ minutes each way) on Saturday morning, and rang at 9am on Monday, diagnosing a broken drive shaft. Nothing expensive was added. This isn't the first time they have helped in an emergency, although the Mondeo is usually trouble-free. Normally they have a courtesy car available as well. It is a pleasure to find a reliable trustworthy garage.
