Recently purchased a fantastic BMW 3 Series from Joe and Rich! We were very well looked after from the initial phone call to Kev and then updated extremely well by Joe! The site itself is very clean and professional and from the moment we arrived we got looked after by Joe and Rich who made the car buying experience a Dream! They allowed us to look over every inch of the vehicle before taking a test drive without any pushy sales man car tactics. I would happily purchase another car from these guys! Having been extremely poorly engagement with a registered main dealer and I needed a suitable replacement and fast! Both Richard and Kevin were amazing from the very start, took the time to get to know me as person and understand my needs rather than focusing on a sale! The car was prep washed down and papers ready for inspection even before I had arrived to view it...... no hassle and more importantly no pressure in selling their cars as their main attraction is great customer experience from the very start. What's more my main dealer left me with no transport to run my own business and then they even offered to drop the car at my registered address FREE of charge..... will definitely be a returning customer with this level of service, could not have wished for anything more........ thank you guys..... Absolutely brilliant service - Kevin who I purchased the car from is a top guy. The car had a couple of issues that arose a few weeks after purchasing, however when I contacted them about this they took it to the garage for repairs free of charge, they even picked the car up and dropped it off at my house for me. The car is now absolutely perfect and I am loving driving it. Would definitely recommend and will likely be looking here when the time comes to purchase my next car.

I sold my Nissan Qashqai to Otterbourne Cars - the whole process couldn't have been any easier. I had originally listed it for sale on Autotrader and received very little traffic from my ad. Kevin found my details on Autotrader and gave me a call. After a quick chat we realised I was going to be in the local area and so I popped in for Richard and Kevin to look over the car. They made me a very generous offer - much more than an 'webuyanycar' online valuation and transferred the money on the spot. Then they gave me a lift home (in my car) where I collected the spare key and paperwork and the deal was complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - nice guys, stress free and very professional. Thumbs up from me!

The salesmen were friendly and approachable and I was happy with the trade-in value offered. Refurbishment of the alloys and an MOT were included. However despite the advert saying FSH the car hadn't been serviced last year. Not a major issue for some perhaps but the lack of an oil change produced a fault whilst on holiday in Cornwall which cost £178 to resolve. The garage said the oil was like treacle. I know it's Buyer Beware when buying used cars but I'm disappointed this wasn't mentioned nor picked up in their preparation of the car for sale. AMENDMENT I am pleased to say the company has refunded the money I had to pay out in Cornwall and have been very apologetic in subsequent conversations.

BMW 330d M sport, purchased November 2021: From the the car advert on auto trader with clear details of spec, to reserving, to test driving was all delivered effieciently and smooth. Kev's knowledge of the vehicle was very useful (coming from a manual petrol front drive to a rear wheel drive 3 litre 8 speed automatic)and aligned with the independent mechanic I brought along who was very impressed with the deal, car and service history. Kev actually pointed out a few small blemishes we had missed and by the time of a new service and MOT he had also replaced the tyres and popped out a minor dent. 100% recommend.

After searching for my dream car for weeks, I sort of stumbled on this company on Autotrader by chance! They not only had “The Car” but the spec that I would’ve persuchosen from the factory. They gave me a very good deal on my part-ex and were very friendly & professional throughout the whole experience, not an ordeal as many of us have gone through in the past.Before I arrived they’d arranged for a Tracker to be fitted to the vehicle.They even had a fresh set of my private number plates for me for when they can go back on. Recently Purchased a BMW 330d from Kev and Joe at Otterbourne cars, The whole transaction was flawless. Kev Joe and Rich seem to run a honest business where they will give you a good price on your trade in whilst offering quality used cars for sale. Unfortunately in the first week my 330 developed a Rattle from the steering and after a quick call to Kev the car was back in the workshop being fixed with zero hassle or questions. The car is now back with me after 3 day and I couldn't be happier. Cheers Guys keep up the good work.
