I’ve used many dealerships as I run a fleet of vans, this is the first time I’ve used Picador’s. From booking to pick up it was a breath of fresh air compared to most. Friendly, good price and I was kept up-to-date from start to finish.

Amazing team at Renault Picador. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a used car from them again. There was a small fault with the gear box (through no fault of picador), but the team drove to our home within an hour of our call with a brand new courtesy car. They quickly fixed the fault and offered to drive from southampton to our home (in wales!!!). Thank you so much to the team, you have been brilliant.

Service Above and beyond anything I have experienced in all my years of motoring and I have had some great service too.....You are greeted at the onset with a warm genuine welcome , made to feel at home , offered a seat, drinks and politely engaged with truly outstanding customer service by the team there. JJ or James who was my main point of contact is the loveliest chap you could ever wish to meet, I applaud this man for the level of service we were so kindly offered...Don't get me wrong I have dealt with Renault in the past and it left a sour taste in my mouth and again I left honest feedback then.... but thank goodness Simon and his team have restored my faith in Renault and I strongly recommend anyone to go and have a chat with the team and look round the fabulous showroom at Picador....You will not be disappointed...

Went to picador dacia as opposed to Renault. I am extremely pleased with the way I was greeted by Matthew o Toole and helped by him, so much so I bought a new Dacia Sandero. NUFF SAID? I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life and can whole heartedly recommend this sales place. WELL DONE PICADOR. Well done MATTHEW O TOOLE, he even had the good courtesy to laugh at my jokes!
