Sold my 16reg BMW 320d here. Dealt with Dan over the phone who was very helpful and was quick to offer a quote and a next day appointment. The sale was fast and only took 15mins, super friendly service from Leanne. The money was in my account the same day! Couldn't recommend more.

Marc provided plenty of details over the phone but there were a couple of issues after driving 3 hours to view the car. My concerns were eventually dealt with satisfactorily. Was not happy about fault found, but you can only hope that the dealer addresses them fairly under the circumstances which they did. So top rated review from me.

Amazing experience from prestige cars, I recently brought an Audi a1 from hedge end with the help of Patrick who was lovely and so helpful. Today I had a bit of a worry when finding a bit of oil under my new car however rung the guys at prestige cars who arranged for someone to come out straight away to have a look, I had my car looked into and sorted and brought back by 2pm all within a few hours, they even put petrol in it for me and cleaned my car! Brilliant customer service from Graham I could not thank him enough. Really lovely guy who couldn’t do more to help you! Would definitely recommend this company! Update - January 2019 Continuing to receive excellent service from this company. After experiencing a flat tyre, a call to the service team ensured I was booked in first thing the next morning. Graham and the team turned the job around quickly and even valeted the car ready for pick up. Highly recommended. I purchased a second hand car from Prestige in September 2017. Excellent customer service throughout - particularly from Steve who went above and beyond in his service and the vehicle preparation. A small issue with the petrol flap a week later was immediately rectified with great service from Graham and the service team. A flat tyre on our other vehicle was promptly dealt with after a call to Steve and the service team who fitted us in the same day. M.O.T yesterday horn wasn’t working, trouble with fuse which was the main issue. I waited all day patiently at the garage. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy, offered to take me home in the end they did around 15:00, and picked me up this Morning to take me back to the garage. I looked at and later bought a nice focus from them and was advised that they didn't have the door key only the keyless fob but they would sort it for me before i piicked the car up. I told them i was worried as this had happened to me before and i never got the key on that car. Well guess what....no key and after trying to sort it out with prestige several times over the next few months and arrange for my car to go to a ford dealers to program it I finally gave up. but I'm now not surprised as ford have quoted me £250 to do it!!! 🤨 . Top service all round. Called in on the off chance with a minor issue. The problem was diagnosed immediately and dealt with the next day. Subsequent non related problem was again accurately diagnosed and remedied efficiently. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very happy.
