Sue, and I, decided we would like a small, funky, second car. We went to Snows, Sarisbury Green, and there it was! - a Sicilian Orange Fiat 500 Convertible. We dealt with James Wild, who was absolutely brilliant, throughout the transaction. Having worked for Snows for 18 years, and retiring from there 8 years ago, we were both pleased to know that all the high standards of customer service were upheld. James could not have been more helpful, and the whole transaction was stress free, and, from a customers point of view, a delight. Certainly James is a credit to the the Snows brand, which is something both Sue, and I, appreciate. We collected “ Cookie” today, and the car is an absolute gem. They pulled out all the stops, even as far as working directly with Abarth HQ in Italy, and configured and supplied a truly special and custom Abarth 595 on a really tight timescale, just in time for my wife’s big birthday. Following up immediately with Jason from Snow's at Sarisbury Green we were able to get a detailed run down on the condition and history of the car, and were able to place a refundable deposit on the vehicle to explore further. Snow's provided great assurance through provision of a service and warranty for the car which also benefited from refurbished alloy wheels. The purchase process was new and different from what I had experienced in the past. First, you must pay a deposit, which is refundable if you come to see the car and then change your mind. James was very helpful in talking me through the details of the Fiat 500L before I paid the deposit. When I came to view the car in person, James answered all questions to my satisfaction. Having bought the car, I was also happy with the choice that I made. I would say that Snows pitches the prices a little lower than what you would find elsewhere but in turn offers the deposit/reservation system and is not open to bargaining.

Dropped car off and the service was carried out while myself and my dog wandered up the road and enjoyed breakfast and a frothy coffee and a short walk back to collect my car. Really happy that I brought a service pack upfront so I only paid for an optional air conditioning spruce up. No worrying about finding the money for a full service. Firstly James our Fiat sales man was good not pushy, helpful and ultimately we came to the deal I wanted., no issues at all However... the rest of the business really lets it down, id give the rest a maximum of 2 out of 5 to be generous. I witnessed other Salesmen in the building on several visits who were shockingly rude to visitors / potential customers, walking around with a terrible attitude and talking to people like dirt.... id bin the lot of them, I got the feeling they thought they were too good for fiat and wanted to make a point of being attached to a different brand. One of the sales men were told we were utilising his demo car 2 days in advance and he left it outside with approx 5 litres of fuel in it, just bone idle. The whole experience of buying a brand new car should feel exciting and it was no where near. so much more could be done to create what should be a great customer experience and want to return to do it again. I have previously purchased a car over ten grand less than this one from Snows Mini and the experience was extremely different.

I recently traded in my old Fiat 500, and part exchanged for a used Fiat 500X, which I had found at the Sarisbury Green branch of Snows online. Tamas was the sales representative that dealt with me, and I cannot sing his praises enough! He was so kind, helpful, courteous - I might be making a massive generalisation here, but he wasn’t how you would expect a “typical” sales person to be! Not pushy at all, and went over and above for me - I had asked to see a video of the vehicle (as I am not local to the area, and so could not see the vehicle in person) - Tamas made an in depth video for me and focussed on areas that I had specifically requested. As I mentioned - I am not local to that branch of Snows, so the whole transaction was carried out remotely, and Tamas made it all so easy and seamless. My new car was delivered by a couple of lovely guys who were happy to answer my questions about how the new car worked (ebrake etc!), and they drive my old car back to Snows! Tamas made a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. I could not recommend Snows Sarisbury Green, and Tamas enough! You will not be disappointed.
