Highly recommend Viscount Leisure. Friendly, no pressure sales interaction with Charles as we looked to upgrade from our current 16 year old caravan. And quick, no fuss assistance by Chris for a couple of minor issues found once we got the van home. As a customer service manager myself I was impressed with the whole experience.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while, my apologies for the delay. My partner and I viewed and subsequently purchased a superb caravan from Viscount Leisure in December 2021; we were most impressed with the level of service whilst firstly viewing (many caravans, on several occasions), at which time all our questions were fully answered and there was absolutely no pressure in trying to sell to us. When we eventually decided on our chosen caravan, the sales experience with Chris and Will was a pleasure, again all our queries and concerns being fully answered. We were provided with a very comprehensive demonstration video on our caravan, in which Chris fully explained all aspects, which has been most useful. On our collection day we were delighted to find that we had been kindly given a selection of accessories and consumables for when we were able to use it; Chris even very kindly checked and swapped my tow ball for the correct one. We have just had our first, fantastic stay in our caravan and all went without a problem. Thank you to all the team at Viscount for your excellent service, we would highly recommend you.

Outdoor leisure dealers located reasonably near to where we were staying. We were interested in caravan awnings of which they had several set up on permanent display, and others boxed ready to buy and take away. However we were looking for a porch type awning with poles (not air) and I think we may have left it a little late in the season as this and many other dealers are out of stock. Perhaps next year😊

My wife and I to Viscount to purchase a first time caravan, not really sure about what we wanted, however the friendly reception we were given by Will, put us at ease, there was no hard sell and after giving some buying advice for first time buyers, Will left us to look around the caravans on site, after picking the one we wanted, Will showed us around the caravan in more detail. He then left us to decide on our own if we wanted to buy the caravan and after having queries answered we bought the caravan, the transaction was completed pleasantly and Will could not have been better or more helpful to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured into buying the caravan. On subsequent visits to Viscount to check over caravan etc all the Viscount staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the product. Thanks Viscount.

I went to the accessories shop today to swap out an old gas bottle and was delighted to see a whole range of great products and accessories. I was greeted by a very polite young man and was furtherly assisted by a very knowledgeable lady. I’d highly suggest having a browse.

Very happy with the sales and service teams at Viscount. Purchase was very smooth and certainly no hard sell. The few glitches we had were handled speedily and professionally and at our convenience. They certainly know their products very well, especially Chris, who answered all of our questions and explained in-depth so we fully understood. Nice place to get accessories for my caravan, one of my two go-to places in fact. Well laid out with good selection of stock. Staff are friendly and polite. Store is well managed for COVID-19 safety. Plenty of free parking and easy accessible from the M27/A27.

Excellent service from Viscount when we bought our new Swift caravan a couple of months ago. We have bought from Viscount before and never been disappointed. They are particularly good when it comes to their after-sales service which I think is first class.

Having just bought our very first (used) caravan from Viscount Leisure I can honestly say the service from them has been outstanding. John in sales was extremely pleasant and helpful with no hard sell tactics and made the whole process hassle free. They put up with me popping in on more than one occasion with my newbie questions whilst awaitng the collection date and I was always greeted with a friendly welcome and helpful advice. On collection day our handover was extrememly comprehensive, taking us through how everything worked and how to set it up. The aftersales from Alan has also been superb, a small issue with a fan inside the grill needing rectifying has been dealt with fantastically, even allowing me to drop the caravan off days before the work was to be done due to a change in my working week hours. Sometimes it's the small things that make a difference and being so accomodating with this is certainly a testament to that. Nothing seems to much trouble for these guys! Amanda in the shop has been great too, always willing to offer advice on what I needed and even stuff I didn't or could wait before buying, putting the customer before profit in my book speaks volumes. I would not hesitate in recommending Viscount to anyone, absolutely brilliant and customer focused. Thanks guys!

Recently visited their accessory shop. The shop was well organised, plenty of hand sanitiser points and helpful staff. We bought several items but unfortunately when we got home the airbeam canopy we purchased was too long for our caravan. The lady at the shop gave us an immediate re-fund on the canopy and was most helpful in suggesting alternatives. Very good service here we will definitely return when we need other things.

Absolutely first class service from John (Sales) and Andy (in handover). Bought my van unseen on Autotrader so I was a bit worried when I arrived at Southampton airport on an early morning flight from Scotland to collect it. The Van was exactly as described, absolutely properly mint. John picked me up from airport without fuss, did the vehicle sales paper work and then a fantastic detailed run through by Andy. Picked up gas and some bits and bobs in their shop and on the road back up to Scotland for 11:30am. Couldn’t recommend them more very professional outfit.

We were looking at camper vans today, and stopped here by chance. We popped our heads into the office. There were 3 gents in the office, and they all immediately looked towards us with a greeting and friendly face. One gents (Charles) immediately got up and asked us what we were looking for, we explained not really sure, we are looking at the layouts etc... he couldn't have been more helpful.. he gave us the best customer service we have received in a long time... although, we didn't buy today, we will keep an eye on their website, and will definitely return, as we have great confidence in using their services ...

From the extremely helpful, informative but totally unpressured service from Charles in sales to the after sales service including handover from Andy I cannot fault their customer service. We had an intermittent issue with the motormover and the electric control unit was replaced without hassle or fuss. If you are thinking of buying a caravan this is THE place to go.
