Sean was excellent. He was fair with his inspection and communicative throughout, offering to show me around my car at the same time to talk through any niggles that were present. I was pleasantly surprised that my online valuation was very close to what was offered. I was concerned due to the reputation I've previously heard that lots will be deducted for chips etc however if your honest from the outset you won't go far wrong. Highly recommend with money in the bank within 2 hours.

The guy at the Southampton branch was very friendly and fair on his inspection of the vehicle as well as providing great communication. I was very happy that my valuation of the vehicle increased slightly on my second visit. My monies went into my bank the next day, although I did have to pay for quick transfer, which I thought was a bit of a rip off.

The assistant was very nice and helpful, but would be good to have a price range given during the online evaluation. Effectively I had money taken off due to the age of the car and the "expected wear". The assistant graded my car as the best possible wear grading, which was automatically limited due to the age, and £300 still came off the online evaluation. Surely, this would have been known by the system beforehand.

Very easy way to sell a car. Luckily, a friend recommended webuyanycar, so I gave them a try. After getting a value online, I made an appointment and drove to their nearby office in Southampton the same day. The whole process took 30 mins: their representative Ryan Chalmers looked over the car, and offered a very fair price, close to the online value, then filled in the forms. It was a pleasant experience - much better than selling your car to a typical garage. Would use again. Recommended.

Crowded car park (but reasonable signposting within the car park) on the business zone. The units in the business park would benefit from having larger signs displaying the unit number. WBAC are down at the far and from the road entrance.

Entrance is confusing to the Estate, a Sign very visible should be put up. Not Even on the list of companies by entrance. The handling is swift and very professional.
