Sharaz was a top salesman, helped me with any questions I had on a lovely Focus ST I purchased, I noticed a small dent on the bonnet, which to the normal eye wouldn’t have been noticed, he managed to get this all sorted for me and I left with a superb car having received too notch customer service!

Me and my partner saw a car online we liked so we drove up to bravo auto to view it, as soon as we got there we were greeted by Pav who showed us the car and gave us the keys to test drive it, upon arrival back to the garage we sat down with Pav who went through all options with us, he was extremely helpful and polite and did not make us feel pressured in any kind of way as we have experienced at previous garages. He helped us secure the best package for our new family car and made it a really enjoyable experience. I have just purchased a car from inchcape, used car centre Burton, the service provided was fantastic and I felt confident purchasing from them. Before viewing the car, I was sent a personalised video of the car which was a great touch, especially as I was driving over 100 miles to view the car. On the day of viewing the car, Carl took the car down from auto trader and was very accommodating as they had other people show interest in the car. On the day of purchased myself and my partner received amazing services - Liam Tilley was very professional & patient throughout the whole process. He went through the whole process step by step and ensured I was aware of what was happening. He even went the extra mile and personally got a stain out of one of the seats, which he didn't have to do! The company provides excellent warranty which I extended for only an extra £20 a month. Hi Took ownership of my car from Inchcape Burton on Saturday 23/01/21. With lockdown rules in place everything was done remotely up until the exchange. I had a car to part-ex and made payments to settle the balance. I was looked after by Joe Hind and I cannot recommend him or this place enough. Everything was done professionally and politely and the service provided was second to none. Personal videos of the car was a really nice touch and kept the excitement in the process. Prior to arrival another video was sent to explain how the exchange was going to work and nothing could have been simpler. The manager Alex and Jo both came out to meet me (in a socially distanced way of course) and everything was ready to simply get in the car and drive away. Thanks to Joe for this experience. Sharaz was very helpful and kind. The whole experience of buying our used car was positive. There was some confusion about the price as calculations were only showed to us using phone with poor quality images during a call conference and not sent to discuss before we received the contract to sign. Also we only drove for about two kilometers from the dealership when a red warning sign showed issue with tyres. We came back and they advised us that the pressure in one of the tyres was lower. That was surprising taking into consideration that the car went through a service a day before. That was however quickly sorted out for us. I hope the car will serve us well and there will be no more such surprises.

I dealt with Sam, who was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble to sort. He didn't try the 'hard sell' which was great as that can be so off putting. The car I was going to get was missing the headrests and manual which he sorted out and he also went above and beyond to sort the lack of history with the car out (even though that was my mistake as I thought that the advert had said it had a service history, which it didn't.) I felt that if there were any issues with the car after taking it I would have confidence in coming back to get things sorted though hopefully that won't be needed. Vehicle was brilliant and in excellent condition. MOT advisories had been sorted. A couple of minor niggles surfaced over the next week and these were sorted straight away with no charge due to the free extensive one year warranty that you are supplied with. This was mine (24F) and my partners (25M) first visit to a car showroom and the first time looking into financing a car rather then paying out right. We had no intention of buying same day originally. We were looked after by Ben throughout our whole instore experience after emailing through to ask for more details on financing. Everything was explained thoroughly step by step and any request was never too much. No sales pitch was given and no pressure added into making a decision asap. Covid restrictions in place did not hinder the experience and the staff, for the most part, were brilliant at encouraging the use of their procedures even providing gloves when necessary. After not being convinced by our original choice of car we were more then welcomed to view any of the others available and ended up making our choice later that day due to the confidence we had found by an exceptional level of customer service. The test drive was an half hour slot to drive around while the salesman remained on site. Due to transport issues I needed to pick the car up a few days later which was no problem at all. All paper work was sorted and a member of staff was introduced for the collection of the keys on my chosen day. The tank was also refilled with enough petrol to get me home from burton and back to Derby. Will be recommending highly in the future.

Good experience of buying a used car until I got it home . I only drove the car home and next morning a large crack had appeared from a very small chip in the windscreen . I bought a Nissan quashqai about 2 months for over 12k, paid cash and when I took it for a test drive and noticed some few issues with the car and realised the AC wasn't working. Was told everything would be fixed after I pay before picking up the car in 10 days but that wasn't the case. After coming down from London on the day of collection, realised the AC wasn't still fixed, they then asked me to take it to any garage around me to be fixed and invoice them and I will be reimbursed. Its been 2 months now and I am still chasing them around for my money and I have concluded the only way forward now will be going to court to retrieve my money. On second reflection, I take back most of what I wrote, Alex Holmes has been great! Dealt with my complaint adequately and I have been reimbursed. wow what can I say about these boys from first phone call to gary to hand over from paul then my trouble shooting pal DAN I have bought over 100 vehicles while in business and these are probable the best dealership I have ever delt with there was no pressure to buy from gary just plain straight talking, a deal was done in one phone call subject me seeing the car ,drove to burton at the weekend did a 1 mile test drive car and just as gary said in first class condition and deal done, gary was then away on leave so introduced to paul who did all the paper work and handover the following Saturday .Then it all went wrong no fault to anyone the car went into limp mode on Tuesday taking my sons family to the airport at Manchester got there just but fault cleared it self and got home fine booked into inchcape near home to check out but it happened again the following day so spoke to dan who got my appointment brought forward to the same day ,took the car now mended and all done via a few phone calls no fuss just quick common sense approach would recommend these guys to anyone
